Putting in online orders and making substitutions I would expect something to be wrong, however the drive.thru employee repeats... back substitutions and my order was correct on the dot! I showed up and ordered food then 2 more orders were placed behind me. I watch as 7 cars went through the drive through in the... 15 minutes I waited to get food after ordering. I was told they were waiting for fresh fries, after they cleared the drive thru,and the guy 2 orders behind mine got food. I have just arrived home to find my food in less than appetizing conditioned. I willsay they gave me some free cinnamon things, that I do not like, for my wait. Although they never apologized for any of it. Alsomaybe consider asking if someone would like whatever you offer for free. I have ordered from here before and the service wasfine but I believe this is unacceptable, especially since they weren't that busy. Read more

I used to love coming here but they seem to prioritize drive through orders beyond anything. I waited inside for 20 minutes for... a mobile order that I placed 15 minutes prior. If I had gone through the drive through, it would have been made faster as I'veexperienced before with mobile orders. The staff are friendly but wish mobile orders were checked regularly. Thanks! First time at this location was nice, and orderly. The restrooms were well maintained. The food was made perfect no issues. They... now have electronic kiosk for ordering so they can handle more orders. To make ordering convenient so they can have more staffin kitchen. They can take order from register still if need be. I will be returning to this establishment. Also some people didnot want to use kiosk. Can people be more understanding. Carry wipes with you, and sanitizer. Think about the workers too. Limitcontact as much as possible from employee/customer. We are still reeling from a pandemic be considerate. Read more
I?m usually not one to complain about the service of a chain like this. I personally love Taco Bell and usually this place is on... point with service, taste etc. but today they gave the worst crunch wrap abomination I have ever laid eyes on. I ended throwingit away because it looked disgusting and soggy. What kind of manager lets this fly? I won?t be coming back. Service was very slow, and neither employees nor managers were very attentive. No care was given to how my food was wrapped,... resulting in quite a bit of sauce on the outside of the tortillas. I ordered my food to go expecting to eat on the road, I hadto eat sitting in the parking lot as to not make a mess in my car. I will not be returning to this location any time soon. Read more
