There was a line, of course. Not too bad and moved quickly. Once we ordered it was just a couple of minutes before our food was... ready. Brisket was fantastic. The sauce was good, not great. Tried a new side, Broccoli cheese casserole. Was not a fan. It's asouffle, with very little flavor. I'll stick with potato salad next time. Read more

The meats were great. The pork belly was hands down the best one we got. The sides were decent but at a BBQ I mostly just care... about the meats. Atmosphere is nice and they have good outdoor seating as well. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Tooksome truffles home and the double espresso was perfection. Read more

Had some brisket tacos and chocolate. Fantastic location very inviting and Texan. Cute environment for a date night or a family... gathering. We will definitely be coming back. Feels like one of those secret local places you bring your visiting friends andfamily to showing them how great Tomball is. Read more

What can I say. Service was excellent. Made me feel welcome even though I'm not from around here. Made great recommendations.... Blonde from Paradigm was delicious and refreshing. Brisket fell apart at the sight of my knife. I ordered lean and fatty. If Ihad to do it again I'd go all fatty. Pulled pork was also delicious. Nice crispy surprises inside of the super juicy meat. Thestar of the show was the carrot souffle though. Like the best sweet potato pie you've had but better. Highly recommended even ifit's a little distance from where you are. Read more

First time here. My wife, son and myself. We ordered a BBQ spud, corn bread casserole, carrot souffle, bacon coleslaw, burnt... ends, brisket and turkey. We also tried some of there fresh pickles and pickled onions. We loved the coleslaw, burnt ends, baked potato and carrot soufle...all was very good. The rest was also good too, no complaints. The staff was friendly andhelpful. We also got a few of their chocolate truffles...also yummy. We ran out of room and took left overs home. I am sure wewill be back. Read more

This was our first trip to Tejas. It is located in what I assume was an old home, maybe in an old residential area, off a main... street. It was easy to get to and had adequate parking. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel at home! The food wasgreat! It's ranked as one of Texas Monthly's Top 50 BBQ Joints, and it's easy to see why. The kielbasa sausage was good, but thechili relleno (jalapeño cheddar) was actually the best I've ever had! The brisket was very good. The cornbread dressing andcoleslaw sides were unique and both very good also. We went late in the afternoon There was NO wait, and they still had mostof the menu items available, a rarity at great BBQ spots. It also had a great atmosphere. We met an old friend and stayed awhile without ever being pressured to leave. My wife said it's her overall favorite of the many BBQ spots we've been to the lastpast few years. Its certainly in my top 10, and for overall experience, top 5! We normally go to TM Top 50s for lunch, somaybe it isn't a fair comparison, but our experience couldn't have been better! By the way, the chocolate is also must forchocolate lovers! Read more

The staff is super lovely, their sweet tea is liquid gold, the food is very fresh, and the chocolate was an awesome finish. Willdefinitely be back. Thank you to Raven being super helpful and for suggesting the Carrot Soufflé! I wouldn?t have ever orderedthat on my own, and it was very good! Read more

This place was phenomenal. First thing, the place is small but the food and favor is larger. I order the chop brisket baked... potato and nachos with the brisket... as you tell I love brisket. My buddy he ordered the brisket sandwich which looked reallygood too. I can honestly say that they have the best brisket I had eaten so far. The staff was extremely friendly and patient. The ribs must be good because they ran out before I reached the front counter to order my food. I guess you have to get thereearly to get the opportunity to try those but be aware there is always a line. Despite that long line, I will definitely be backbecauseit was for sure worth it. Read more
