We ordered our meals through the Drive-thru. We waited a bit BUT they got our order correct. The taste of food was alright.... Fries were not soggy. They gave us condiments that we asked for after we have paid for our orders. The place looked clean,eventhough we were looking in from the outside. Frankii with TWO II was sitting outside the store at 3 am while I was sitting at drive through waiting. Then whenever he got on... the microphone he attempted to rush me through my ordering process. He rushed me so much trying to get back to whatever he wasdoing that he didn't even get my drink order until I was at the window. Not because he forgot but because he was being rude andtold me to "pull to around to the window". It's about tone, not word choice. Then he started catching attitude whenever I calledhim out on his behavior, and I asked for his manager. I explained I didn't want him touching my food period and that I wanted AHIGHER Manger number. Well, I was NOT GIVEN THE NUMBER BY AJ. I WAS SCREENED TO THE STORE NUMBER. He told me it was the numberon the receipt. This isn't over. They somehow managed to charge my credit card twice and said it was not possible...so how did they hack my credit card???? Don't... trust them anymore. Bad service after going there for 6 years! I should have realized when I had the same ticket number as thelady after me! How does that happen? Management wouldn't do anything about it...said to wait and see what my credit card billwas tomorrow and see if the bank fixed the problem - said they did nothing wrong. Read more
I see a lot of negative and positive comments, I will have to say I live very close this this whataburger and have never been... disappointed yet! Customer service is usually pretty decent and food always comes out good! Personally haven't been inside but Iknow the drive through can get long sometimes! But definitely a nice place to stop for a quick meal! Read more
I?ve literally been ordering the same thing every time from this location since they opened. This is the second time they told... my they couldn?t make my order. I would be absolutely fine if this was consistent, but it?s not. When I go during the day, theymake the Buffalo ranch chicken strip combo no problem at all. Really disappointing. What is happening to Whataburger?! Soggy cold fries and onion rings that taste and look like they were cooked in old oil. Maybe... because it wasn?t as busy tonight, but also forgetting things on the order as well. We seem to only have this issue in the pmshift. Read more
Always fairly good. Perhaps the best thing about here, is that the menu can be altered and personalised with ease. With some... places it takes a age to alter a standard menu item, here it?s fairly quick. I knocked a mark off because it does get busy anda drive through can take 30 mins at a bad time. With that said, great burgers, fries are fairly average in my opinion tho. Read more
