Had to try the new Chili Cheeseburger with Fritos! I ordered on the app and walked in and they got my name and made sure my... order was in progress. They brought my food out hot and exactly how I ordered it! I got the junior burger because the regular isjust a bit too much for one meal. My burger had just the perfect amount of chili on it and the melty cheese and Fritos wasgreat. FYI on the app you can't request extra or light on these special items and I almost wish I could've gotten the chips onthe side so that they were still crunchy after I finished my fries. Always have to eat my fries while they're HOT! The beveragearea was kept clean and the server who brought out my food was friendly and made sure I had what I needed. When is the best Whataburger?s in town. Yes I know the line is always long but there?s a reason, the food is that good. I?ve... never gotten a messed up order here, or bad service, or had any complaints whatsoever. As a matter fact one of the employees wasso nice and so accommodating that I actually went home got online and contacted corporate and let them know that they had a staremployee that deserve recognition. First, I love Whataburger. My favorite burger since I was a kid. Never been an issue until today. Service was horrible. We were... the only ones in line, tons of employees standing around doing nothing, waited at least 5 minutes in line before a mad employeewith an attitude came over to take our order. Food arrived at our table and it was cold. All of our food was cold. Therestaurant wasn't busy so I couldn't figure out why we waited this long for our order to be taken and why our food arrived atthe table cold. My love for Whataburger won't change because of this visit but this restaurant must try to do better. Read more
Do not come to this location, Store #828 at Spring Cypress and 249. We got home to eat our food and everything was cold. We only... live 5 minutes down the road, but everything was stale and soggy by the time we arrived. The fries were not fresh, the meat wascold; as if it had been sitting out already cooked and waiting to be assembled. We ordered the Whatachicken as well and foundthe lettuce old wilted and brown. The Whatachicken recipe is not the same anymore and would not recommend. It seams like theyare trying to keep up with other fast food chains by switching up their chicken sandwich recipe. Called to let the manager knowhow terrible the quality was, and he really didn?t seem to have a solution except remake our food. Food was awesome, huge portions and reasonable prices. Daily lunch specials & happy hour ???????? the only reason for 3 ? is the... bathroom was filthy and the hostess was not wearing a mask when its required to walk in. This is the second time we?ve been here in the past few months and received our order incorrectly. First was a burger with no... cheese. Today was a chicken strip with no gravy. The gravy is the best part of a chicken strip order. Might want to startchecking your order from this location. In the 10 years I?ve lived in the area, coming to this whataburger I?ve never had tocheck my order. The service is declining. Not sure if it?s new management or just employees not doing their part.
