I walk into this location and ask if they have the hot honey flavor, the cashier says only if I order online, now I have walked... into severs other Wingstop locations and ordered this flavor, I asked do they have the flavor and she says yes, but you have toorder online, I said, so you?re telling me that if I order online, you will charge me and serve me what I?m standing here askingfor, but not face to face?this sounds as dumb as the incident was. I was just there about 20 minutes ago and I wanted to commend one of the associates there. This customer that was there before... me was making a real fuss over the fact that she had to pay for her extra ranch and first she refused to pay and then she saidshe would pay and then she just tried to walk out with the ranch. So essentially she was willing to steal two ranches because ofan order that was messed up previously. But an employee by the name Miranda stood her ground and just kept telling her that itwasn't her. It was just the policy and then another employee ended up paying for it with his own money because this woman wasjust about to walk out with it. And she didn't think the man for paying for it. She was acting very entitled, so I just want tosay that I thought they handled that really well and they handled it better than most people would have and I really hope thatthat doesn't happen to him again or at least they're able to ban that woman because she was just horrid. The ice machine was broken and when I told them there was no oce, he responded with, "YEAH, I KNOW" in a rude manner. I got... nothing but drums and not flats and had a lot of people just standing around really doing nothing and four wokers seating at atable looking like the wete having a meeting but not addressing the store needs. Took about an hour to get my food when the website stated 16-21 minutes when I ordered. Fries did not have seasoning as... requested and food was luke warm at best. Order took 45 minutes longer than estimated when the order was placed. Arrived to find out that they were out of ranch. Got home... and found my order was missing my fry order. Blue cheese dressing had an odd brownish color and the cheese in it did not tastelike blue cheese. Korean BBQ tasted weird. Too sweet, not spicy. Original hot had very little sauce. Read more

It's good, I feel the app is also easy to navigate, frankly it's the only way I order. Random take but I like the tea dispenser.
