Just got drinks to go couldn't even open our wallet it was so fast great service
The first burger we received was raw and we were told that it happens sometimes because of the timers being off. There was also... a hair in my grandmothers burger. Every single time we visit something is wrong or missing. Definitely won't be coming back fora while. The new burger I received also had a beard hair in it. Read more
Food was good but hamburgers were really small got my meal quickly but for almost $15 the size of the meal was disappointing
It was a horrible experience. Manager was sitting down and employees took a long time to come to the register and take our ... order. They also didn?t cook our food fresh all the food was old like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile. Thefries were the worst. Also they didn?t have any condiments, utensils, napkins available for customers to use. They never tookthe time to tell us when the order would be up or if they would bring it out to us. It took over 10 minutes to get our food andit wasn?t even fresh. This was just a passing through stop for us to get some food on our way home and it was disgusting. Highlywouldn?t recommend. My drink was quite good and my food was at the best quality. The workers were fast and nice. Everything was quite nice. Me and... my family haven't been in a long time especially after the remodel and it looks nice. The music is a nice addition. Seating wasamazing and much more comfortable than the old ones. While the workers were friendly, the store was disgusting. Food everywhere. Floor was dirty, the seats from sometime in the 90s... were old, sticky, and really nasty. The walls were gross. The hash browns were pale, limp, and barely warm. Our replacementswere better, but still obviously cooked ok the French fry settjng rather than hash browns as they weren?t as crispy as theyshould be. Tompkinsville location has been renovated, remodeled, looks good, and seems fast during their busy hours. They also now support... the mobile app - but the food sucks pretty bad. Didn't know how bad until I ate at a McDonalds in another state. It's reallysad when you don't even realize how gross the food is because you are just so used to it. One Star for trying to look nicer, andone star for the convenience of the app...that's all. Read more
