Aqua Blu hosted a celebration of life for my family and had the best service. The wait staff and cooks were great. We had coffee... and a dinner buffet with dessert to follow. Service very good. Food was inconsistently prepared. Scallops with corn relish was excellent. Linguine with clams was... inconsistent as pasta was very good but clams were overcooked. Red snapper was very overcooked, tough and without flavor.Rigatoni with vodka sauce was excellent. The verdict..stay with the pasta dishes. Service very good. Our server was Ashley and she was attentive and checked back often. Food was good but not consistent. The... scallops were perfectly cooked with a delicious corn relish. Clams and linguine was very good. Red snapper with crostini wasovercooked, tough and lacked flavor. Hamburger was cooked to order (well done). Decided to leave this for our last night in Seaside, and we weren’t disappointed. Sophia was amazing. If you like spicy, you... have to get the rock shrimp. Really really nice place. Incredible atmosphere, nice crowd, clean everyone is happy and polite. Live soft light italian... "classic"music in the background. Aqua review My husband and I got married at Aqua Blu on 9/25/21 and it was the best choice we could have ever made! We got... married at the Lavallette gazebo and our cocktail hour and reception was at Aqua with around 125 people. There aren't enoughwords to express our gratitude towards Cathy, Oscar, the bartenders and all of the waiters and waitresses. They truly exceededall of our expectations! Cathy was there for our wedding night and everything went smooth and perfect (and if something didhappen, i didn't know about it!) We got SO many comments about how involved, accommodating and hardworking Cathy was the wholeevening- it did not go unnoticed! Thank you Cathy for bringing our entire vision to life- the welcome table, the memory andPolaroid table, the most iNSANE cocktail hour and figuring out how to fit our very large band :) Our guests CANNOT stop talkingabout the cocktail hour (many said it was the best they’ve ever been to!). The quality of the food and the presentation wastruly out of the world. People are still talking about the muscle display, the freshness of the raw bar, and the insaneantipasto table! Oscar and the catering staff absolutely blew us away!!!! Oscar- you are absolutely incredible at what youdo! We had an engagement party for my daughter and her fiancé here last weekend. The service and food were superb! The food was... delicious, came out on time and hot and the staff were so professional and accommodating. Cathy, who runs the venue was easy tocommunicate with and super helpful. I hosted my baby shower here and the food was so delicious, everyone raved about it!!! Oscar and Cathy were so helpful and... accommodating through the whole process.
