From the service to the food, I was super happy! The avocado egg rolls were great and not greasy. The deep dish buffalo chicken... pizza was delicious! My husband and I both had burgers and were impressed. We topped it off with a pizookie and it was adelicious end to a great meal! Read more

Service was not the fastest, but it is understandable as it was a Friday night and the place was pretty full. It was easy to... find a parking spot and the food was good. Got myself a chicken Alfredo which seemed fresh and hot. Read more

The best part of this dining experience was by far the server. The quality of the food is in no way a reflection of the awesome... service we received. Our server was attentive, kind, and extremely accommodating of a peanut/tree nut allergy. Carrie is a 5star server, but I'm giving this eatery three stars only because of this, based on the food alone I'd have to give a one starrating. The mashed potatoes were cold and had a crust around them, the lukewarm portion of the side that I did eat had a nicetaste but the temperate was just awful, tasted as if they had been sitting in a vat all evening. The broccoli was also on thecolder side, but edible. The steak was requested to be cooked at medium rare and this promise was mostly delivered on(definitely on the rarer side of medium rare). The cut of steak itself was much fattier than expected and the seasoning wasbland. Additionally there is a separate charge for garlic butter, mushrooms and onions to come on the steak. I opted to skip theadditional toppings. Overall the steak was underwhelming. The chicken sandwich was overcooked and tasted of overdone barbecue. It was also so salty that it was almost inedible. The fries served with the chicken were seasoned well, but again, were cold tothe touch. The buffalo chicken wings were okay, but the same experience could be had by throwing a bag of frozen ones from thegrocery store into an air fryer, not exactly worth the $15. While the food didn't exactly meet expectations the hand craftedbeverages were delicious. This would be a great place to go if you're someone who likes craft beer. I'd recommend this place tosomeone who wants to have a few drinks with friends and maybe an appetizer or dessert, not necessarily to someone looking for ahigh quality dinner. Read more

In the past visits to BJs Restaurant were mixed toward pleasant, but today was a strange day. With almost no one outside, we... asked for an outdoor table to enjoy the nice weather. We were told there was a 10 minute wait. Ok, I know the drill, post covidlack of staff, etc. So I told the person at the front desk that we would wait at the bar, and she gave me a strange look. Sheasked why don't I said at the waiting chair? I thought that was strange, I said I'll be much more comfortable at the bar ifthat's okay. In the past I've often been invited to wait at the bar because I might spend more money. Well after a significantweight, we were seated outside and it was very pleasant. After a while, the sun was in my eyes so, with no one around, we justpicked up our things and went to a different table in the shade. Well, same woman from the front desk told us, and I quote, "Wewill need that table later" Wow. Just wow. So I'm a customer already there, spending money, there are a dozen tables available, and you won't accommodate us moving tables because it's too much work? That was the other comment, "we will have to clean thatother table, it's very complicated." At that point I was about to walk out, but I remember the bartender was so warm andpleasant, we simply retired to the bar. Llyod was his name, and pleasant service with a smile was his game. Just like when wefirst arrived, he made us feel welcome. It wasn't for his fantastic service, I would have given my experience two stars orworse. I have never been denied living a table to accommodate might discomfort at any restaurant I've ever been to. Unlessthey're extremely busy, which I wouldn't even bother asking, restaurants always made an effort to make the guest feel welcomeand comfortable even if it meant rebussing a table. There were at least three people at the front desk, and it seemed likeplenty of staff, I didn't see why moving a table when there were a dozen tables available would be a big deal, but at Read more

Had the Friday night prime rib special. There was something not quite right about the prime rib. Almost seemed too tender but... not in a desirable way. The dessert was excellent though. It was a brownie topped with vanilla ice cream and an Oreo whippedcream. That was heavenly. It was a really large portion. My friends went home with leftovers. I plowed through it but wasreally stuffed. Read more

Experience was great, if you a craft beer ,Ipa, person than this is the place for you, the APV IPU intake are off the charts,... almost feels like a visit to Portland Oregon breweries. The food is always down to earth and handcrafted from wings to aridiculous pizza menu with takes just like chicago deep dish, but over all they have it all on the menu. So let's talk aboutcustomer service, the only thing that was bad was you cant make reservations, so if you have a party of 10 you'll be waiting 30to 40 mins for a table, normal I guess since the area still has new restaurants under construction, once those are done itshould help the times, anyway place was clean from bar to dining room and bathroom . Me and my family had a Special Bday therefor my son AJ big 17, and he was so happy with the time he spent there especially at the end with the bday cake the kitchen sentout, and another great thing is they take care of you smaller kids by bringing them a appetizer out for free while they wait forthere food, awesome, but my hat goes off to our waitress , I thought her arms were going to break from all the food we orderedand all the drinks she kept bringing us thou the night crazy , thank you Priscilla you were amazing the service you provided uswas bar none some of the best I have seen , professional and also heart felt, I hope to get you again on our next visit. Greatjob . Read more

My first time at BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse. We went for lunch. I had the prime rib sandwich that came with fries, coleslaw,... a creamy horseradish sauce, au jus for dipping and ketchup. Very delicious, but a little expensive for just lunch. I had thissandwich elsewhere, this was, by far the best. I would definitely go back for dinner. Their menu is filled with a wide varietyof great options from appetizers to desserts. Even Pizza. A wide variety of their beers and even their own sodas. Greatatmosphere and our waiter, Nick was terrific. Read more

I placed a to go order they gave me an arrival time of 7:50. When I showed up I received a text stating my order was ready which... it wasn't it took another 20 minutes for somebody to find my order then when I received my order two out of the were wrong. Soneedless to say by time when I got that order corrected and drove home the first two meals for cold and the ice cream was halfmelted. The first time we went there the food was great the service was great so we went back a second time all I could say isnot so great but I didn't leave a review I gave them a second chance and they failed the second chance. I think I'm going to trythe restaurant across the street (B2 bar and grill) heard their food is good. And just to make it perfectly clear I live 10minutes from that restaurant that's why I left the photo of the receipt. Read more
