Been going for quite sometime but in all honesty, I've bitten my tongue for too many repeated times of messed up orders. Being... in food service for the general public, I've made a fair share of mistakes, no doubt nobody's perfect, but just when I think mynext order is gonna be right and give this place another shot...another ball gets dropped. Either the order is way wrong oritems are always missing or told are within the food packages already. I get home and that's never the case. My last experienceI place and get wrong food, I called and at least the worker tried to make it right to tell me to come in the next day for afree meal and that's awesome on her, but that was literally yesterday as by the time it came and how many times I've beendisappointed in the past, I just didn't want it and won't ever be coming back. I feel honestly like I would have just gotten onegood meal again just to have something go south again the next time. Taste and quality is great but just too manyinconsistencies. Switchin' to Moe's. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was good. Taco salad was a bit light on the "salad" but loaded with topping so... no complaints, just an observation. Burrito was stuffed! No small portions here. About $50 to feed four people. Read more

do not order delivery from here. if you order pickup, make sure you check it before leaving. This is the 8th time i have had my... order messed up. This most recent time, it looked like a container of vomit. I ordered a crispy chicken chiwawa. Besides thefact that it cost extra for the extra chicken, i received no chicken at all. there was a pool of water in the bottom of thecontainer, a hair on one of the rice balls and it was stone cold.
