Came here with my husband today. Paid $11 for a bowl with a toddlers sized portion of food in it. We saw the person preparing... the bowl portion everything you the milligram. Cheap and food was cold like it was sitting there waiting for someone to ordersince morning. No wonder there parking lot was empty. First time trying this restaurant and last time. The staff were amazing, they went the extra mile after door dash never picked up my order to deliver to my family, the re made... all our food and stayed pass closing to wait for me to get the food. These 2 guys that were there this evening should definitelyget praise ???? my family and I are so amazed at their customer service skills and how they handled door dashes mess up. I have ordered from here 3 times. Every time, my order has been made incorrectly. I do not ask for a hard order. Buffalo grilled... chicken burrito with shredded cheese and brown rice. It's always something else and never what I ask for. The food is great. Theatmosphere is clean and friendly. But please try to listen to the customer a little more and pay attention to the order. Thefood is made quickly and it's always prepared well, but it seems to be lacking efficiency. I wouldn't mind waiting an extra fewminutes for my food to be made correctly. Read more
