So I pull up to the drive thru, about 7 cars we're waiting and each car took about 3-4 minutes to order. Thought everyone... ordering was just slow. I get to the order window and literally waited 5 minutes and heard nothing from the speaker. So tomyself I said what the heck is going on here. Magically some women who sounded like a witch said in the meanest voice "excuseme!!!" I said oh you can here me? She again says "Excuse me!!" As if she was offended I questioned why people are waiting 30mins to order a cheeseburger. So if she was busy, she couldn't say I'll be right with you? No instead flips out because we'resupposed to wait without any common customer skills or decency. Absolutely miserable woman working there. Time was about 6pm carahead of me drove off in frustration as well. Losing customers because of a miserable unprofessional woman is bad for business.Surprised bk is still even open. Take all the business you can get and hire quality employees. Will never go there again. Read more
At drive through on 8/27 waited 5 mi utes no answer then looked over to left kid with burger king outfit came out of car in a... haze of smoke went through the back door ignored us for another 3 minutes went to drive thru window he looked at us and walkedaway without taking an order. Tried to order through the drive through and no one answered through the speaker for a while (the car in front of me also did... this). When we pulled up to the window we explained to cashier that we thought the machine was broken and she very rudely toldus to go around the drive through again despite being the only ones in the lot. We just left after that. Either the older ladyjust needed more help on the floor or she?s just rude. Read more
I went to go and get a regular breakfast burrito thinking I would have gotten something decent. After a 10 minute wait for one... burrito and 1 customer in front of me I had finally got it when I opened the burrito it was cold and it tasted all spicy therewas more cheese then anything else I do not recommend this Burger King at all to anyone. This place doesnt deserve any stars. They ALWAYS close an hour or more early, I pulled up to order n heard a customer arguing... with the employees about closing at 11:15pm when the sign clearly says open till midnight and when the employees finally give upand start taking orders they're telling us that they dont have what we want because it was discontinued. We went to a differentBurger King down the street and ordered what the this location said was "discontinued" the people at this place are LAZY andshould be fired! Read more

Went through the drive thru and no one greeted me on the mic. I waited about three minutes and even said hello twice with no... response. So I pulled around and the person on the drive thru head set was on a cordless phone. She told whoever she was on thephone with that she had to go. I told her I was at the drive thru and no one said anything. The worker inside the building andthe person doing the drive thru both stated that she was on the phone. I told them they have a line of cars out there and hopethey enjoyed their phone call and drove to the Burger King down the road and was in and out with in the time I wasted at thislocation. Read more
Very, very slow service. The employees were obviously working hard and were courteous and apologetic about the delay, but I... don?t understand how they could get so far behind. I waited more than 15 minutes to check in at the counter for my mobile order. Read more
