Very bad experience. First, my order came out wrong so I had to wait for them to make the correct dish. It took 20 minutes and... by the time it came out everyone I was with was finished eating. Second, my sister ordered her steak medium rare and it was therarest steak I had ever seen, it was not cooked right at all. To continue this bad experience when we got the bill it wascompletely wrong. It had 4 steaks on it (when we only ordered 2). It also had an extra chicken dish that wasn?t ordered either.Personally I feel that if the server was friendly and apologetic about this entire experience it would have made up for all themistakes, but since that was not the case, it put a bad taste in our mouth?literally. Went for dinner with my kids got the fajitas (trio) was absolutely terrible. The steak was like rubber, the shrimp was so burnt... I couldn't even eat it. And the chicken had so much pepper on it, I was unable to eat. I said something to the waiter and heinformed the kitchen I very busy. Won't be back to the Chili's Read more
Let's be honest chain restaurants have taken an absolute nose-dive post covid, so i was pleasantly surprised with the service at... this location. I believe the manager on staff was serving our party of 7, and he was quick, attentive, polite, i mean everythingyou could want or expect. I really hope corporate reads these reviews because people deserve recognition for their effort inretaining customers with great service. The food was also well made and with good presentation. Our server Gianna was amazing she had an amazing personality and when we joked with her she knew how to respond and make us... laugh! The soup appetizers were a little cold but she was right on it and got us new ones right away! Overall great service andgood food!! Read more
