Went out of my way to go to Cusins Pizza in Silverton and got home starving and couldn't wait to eat my chicken parm and penne... pasta. THE PASTA WAS SOUR. IT SMELT BAD AND TASTE BAD. I called and talked to the manager and asked me to come with food andwould replace my food. WHO WANTS A REPLACEMENT AFTER THEY JUST SERVED YOU SOUR FOOD. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. HE WOULDONLY REFUND MY MONEY IF I DROVE 20 MINUTES IN THE RAIN BACK TO THE RESTAURANT WITH THE FOOD. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read more

We order delivery from them all the time. Not just to our house but to my work. This afternoon we ordered and noticed that... total was a little high for the prices state on the menu on their website. I called back and asked them how much 12 wings were,the person on the phone stated $14.25 I said your website says $9.95. They continued to fight me on the price advertised andthen when I asked if they could just honor the price shown, they said "No, that's not what my hard copy says and I can't evenget that menu you are talking about on my phone." I?ve been coming here for about ten years and they have gone down hill. Third order in a row my food has been messed up. Last... time it took over an hour and half for my food which was just ok. Now I get a Buffalo wrap that basically has no sauce in it.Over cooked chicken and let?s not forget the toothpick in the middle of the wrap on each half. Read more
The pizza ?taste? is outstanding. However the toppings are minimal. Last time I asked for extra sausage topping and it still... didn?t look like a ?normal? amount. Something has changed for the bad in the last couple months, things are continuallygetting worse. The calamari tonight was so hard, had to throw the whole thing out without even eating it. I have spent atleast $100 a week there for the last 9-10 months and the consistency has declined. I attached a photo of my sausage, pepper andonion pizza to show the 8 pieces of sausage on my large pie. Very disappointed. 2nd pizza is from another place. That is whatit should look like. Ordered for delivery at 5:05 pm..at 6:18 food had not yet arrived...called and they told me there was one delivery ahead of me... and it would be another 30 minutes. That would put it at almost 2 hours since ordering. I asked if I would get a discount if Ipicked it up. She said yes. I drove to pick it up and they tried to charge me again. They gave $6 credit. She said 2 driverscalled out sick...I asked why she didn't call to tell me, she said she had no time. To top it off, the pasta tasted like it wascooked in dirty water and one item was incorrect. Wow! I have faithfully ordered from here during Covid and before. I have always enjoyed their food and generously tipped drivers... for delivery. Tonight I ordered. Paid way too much for 2 large pies with extras that were not given. Asked for light baked andthey were not. Took almost 2 hours. Food was cold. Also ordered a sub, mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers. I paid 90.00 witha 15.00 tip. Each pie was at least 25.00. What happened to this place? So disappointed! Are there new owners?? Delivery guy didnot say anything.. No thank you for my generous tip. I will never order from here again. Sorry, but this experience turned meoff. I know I dont matter, but I really thought you were better and cared. What a shame because I will share my experience withpeople who I know also order from here. First time ordering from here. Ordered 3 pies, threw out 3 pies . Pizza was not edible. Crust/bottom of all pizza was so hard !... NOT burnt , just hard as a rock. Don?t recommend. Read more
