I?m not The Type to Give Bad Reviews But this Was HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL! I Got this Delivered to me Just Like this ? The delivery... driver left it on the ground as It?s raining and ground is wet. Pizza under got soggy disgusting. I Called and the guy whopicked Up after 10 Minutes asked ?So what Do you want a new pizza? um Would You eat this ? This location By far the worst you?llthink it will be Good because it?s newer but I recommend 37 location.????????Whoever runs this stores need to do better ! I've never had an issue with the food when delivered timely, but like the other reviews indicate the delivery takes forever (and... had the same issue with the other Toms River Domino's location). Most orders take longer than one hour to deliver, which isespecially a problem since I usually order pizza when I need something convenient. Domino's gives a free pizza when thedelivery is over an hour, but what's the point when it's getting in cold every time? Unfortunately I can no longer do business.Management needs to go out of their way to get enough drivers and/or suspend delivery until the issue is resolved. Read more
This dominos is the worst one I?ve been to. They do not pick up the phone!! My boyfriend tried to call, multiple times. Then... after no answer I began calling. Order was never placed after 25 minutes, because there was still no pick up. Will not beattempting to order here again. Read more
Horrid delivery estimates, pizza took 30 minutes past the estimate to come. Dominos isn't exactly authentic Italian pizza, but... what I received was among the grossest pizzas I've ever tasted. Someone did not make this right because it was absolutely-covered- in grease, but especially towards the center. It was completely soggy and falling apart, like all the grease hadpooled in the middle. Judging by the other reviews, corporate really needs to dive in and re-train everyone how to do theirjobs properly. If you must have Dominos', this location isn't it. Read more
Twice I ordered from this location. Last time 2 hrs went by before I cancelled!!! Ended up doordashing something else. When I... went outside to get my doordash domino's was rolling up with the pizza I had canceled an hour earlier. I told him to take itback that I had canceled it. It was 3 hrs after I ordered it!!! I let a month go by and today I ordered a pie and a 2 littercoke. It came in about 45 min not bad. Except they forgot the coke!!!! I called up domino's and they said they were busy and hadother orders to go out and they would bring me the coke when they get a chance!!!! I'm over this place. 1 star review is earned at this place. I think it's a newer store. Newer stores usually have a hard time getting up and running... and I can definitely vouch for the long run that this specific location will get on par with other locations but currently itjust isn't there yet. I ordered from here twice and never will again for at least a year or two. The food came cold upondelivery. It took over 2 hours to get to my house. Afterwards I called to complain and they didn't care and hung up, so I fileda complaint directly with Dominos and they also did nothing for me, waste of time. Microwaved it like it was left overs, verydisappointing experience considering I hate leftovers. Another time I decided to pick my food up and upon arrival they did noteven know I placed an order 30 minutes prior and gave me someone else's pizza to send me on my way. So i guess thats probablywhat happened to my order the first time around. This was months ago, so it may have gotten better by now but unlikely. Read more
I ordered three 5.99 pizzas, I had a plain hand tossed, plain thin crust and a pizza with no sauce or cheese as my son is super... picky and last time we ordered it was absolutely perfect and delicious.. unfortunately not the case today. our pizza cheese wascompletely burnt and it was like rubber trying to get a slice. cold. over an hour and a half wait for a snarky call from anemployee. Really unhappy with the treatment and quality. I hope Ashley the lady who called has a better night and doesn't giveother customers attitude. Read more
Im not picky. I never complain. But dear god.....This has to be the worst dominos location in existence. It took over an hour... and 40 minutes to deliver $60 worth the food. I called and they said they only had 1 driver staffed which is despicable. Allthat work and pressure on 1 person ?!?! The food was barely warm and it was made with 0 % love or care. The other location onRT 37 next to the pool hall, is 1000 levels above this location. They need coporate to either shut it down or get some newmanagement. Disgraceful. Carry on Read more
