I stopped coming to this location because there never was a variety of donuts & they were rarely fresh even early in the... morning. But today (memorial day) I Figured I'd give them a try again. Bought a dozen donuts, the glazed were ok ,the frostedones were not fully covered, 4 of them were jelly & 2 were Boston creme out of the dozen.As you can see from my pic, the Bostoncremes Literally didn't have a drop of filling! And the jelly, 3 out of 4 were EMPTY as well! The 1 that did have jelly was atease! A dime size amount 1 Lucky friend had gotten. I would have drove back if I wasn't already too far out of the area. This location never has donuts or muffins. The guy is nice but the girl that's always there is not. I know they cook them the... muffins there and I don't understand why they wait until late morning (if that) to do so. Today they had nothing. Why own adunkin it you can't keep donuts supplied in it. Whoever owns this store needs to give Carlos a huge raise. Every morning he is hussling his butt off and really sincerely cares... about his regulars that come in. I have never seen someone run around like he does. He basically handles the morning rush all byhimself, it?s honestly incredible. I don?t even mind waiting for my orders because I know he?s a one man show. As someone whoworked at a coffee chain for five years I would consider it a privilege to have him on my team. So if you go there and they?re alittle slow, know it is definitely not for a lack of trying. If you?ve seen him you know I?m not exaggerating. Read more
It took almost 15 min to get a large hot coffee with cream. There was only 1 person ahead of me , 5 people working,1 on the... window,1 make breakfast & 3 making the coffees! Oh and they forgot the person in front of me completely, told her she alreadyhad her iced coffee! Read more
This review was long overdue. They are always out of something. Bagels, smoothies, hash browns, even iced tea! Out of the 5... times I?ve been here, they are always out of something. Went today and ordered a bagel and coffee. Of course their bagelsweren?t ready (this was an hour after they opened!!!) and the man behind the counter said if I wanted them I could wait 45 minsuntil they were ready. Ridiculous!! I had to give them 1 star to post this, but they dont deserve it! The worst DD I've been to. They only fill your cups 3/4 of... the way when i order Coolatta's. I ordered $42 worth of drinks thru the app and every single one of the drinks was wrong. Theydid refund all my money after verbal argument with cashier after having to go back to store because the phone number they havelisted is not in service. SMH! Read more
