Used to love Dunkin but they lost there touch!
I would give no starts of I could. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The workers are very rude. Cold brew coffee watered down... even with a shot of espresso in it. They are stingy with their cream cheese on bagels. If you ask for more they want to charge you extra. Their bagels are thick and... require cream cheese or some spread to swallow. I only buy here after bagel shops close. Who orders a bagel with cream cheeseto eat bread? Read more
Just spent 50.00 Bucks to be treated rude by the girl at the register. Never going back to that location again. The other 2... workers had more responsibility making my sandwiches and box of Joe were pleasant all while taking care of the drive thru thatwas crazy busy. Very poor service never gets the order correct and not only charged me for my order but for someone else order. When I pointed... out to them they admitted it and told me I had to wait 24 to 48 hours to have it refunded to my account. I am fined that mostof the Dunkin Donut are no good anymore. It is a coffee donut shop and I have been to ones lately that are totally out ofdonut, bagels and muffins all at one time. Employees don't seem to know what they are doing. Our order was easy no problem with that. We had to wait too long because of... all the mistakes they were making with the people in front of us. Never again. Read more
Not from around here but guy was rude, couldn't understand him. And then I got donuts that were missing half the icing. Luckily... I keep sugar in my car because the one I got tasted like it didn't have any in it. Read more
