Went to Jersey Mike's yesterday evening due to their "day of giving" event. I think it is great that a company donates 100% of... it's profits in sales to a charity. In my area the proceeds were for the "Make a Wish" charity. Our subs we're fresh anddelicious, and I am happy to say that they were busy. The staff there is friendly and nice. Thanks "Jersey Mike's" for givingback to a great cause. Went there today for dinner today night,I got the Big Kahuna, it is delicious. Similar to a beef cheesesteak sandwich, had hot peppers, onions, green peppers, mushrooms and white American cheese. Made it a combo with chips,drinkand a cookie. Worked hard all day, was super hungry. I have had this sandwich three times now and it has been consistent eachtime. Jersey Mike's in the plaza where the Marque Cinema is, does it right! $17.86 for the ?Giant Veggie? sub, with the rosemary seasoned bread. Being given mostly lettuce is completely unacceptable. ... Not worth the nearly $18 price. I?m done supporting Jersey Mike?s. In Toms River, there are better alternatives (I went tothis location for convenience). The friendly and attentive staff are the reasons why this review is more than one star. Read more

I never had an issue with this Jersey Mike's location always Pleasant employees my order is always done correctly except for... this evening. I ordered the number 17 cheesesteak in a bowl and when you place the order online nowhere in the contents of whatis on this Cheesesteak does it mention the word lettuce. I go to pick up my Cheesesteak I bring it home and the container is 3/4of the way full of lettuce a skimpy amount of meat and peppers and onions that didn't even taste like they were cooked. When Icalled the store and asked to speak to a manager, she proceeded to debate with me that it does call for lettuce and I said itdoes not say that anywhere on the website because I would have said specifically no lettuce. She asked me if I wanted to driveback and she'd make me another one. OF course I was not about to drive all the way back to the store to get another Bowl. Ishould have been offered a refund and that should have been the end of it. So she told me she would write my name down and thenext time I come in they'll make me The Cheesesteak bowl without the lettuce in it. Unbelievable. I guess I should just stick todoing cold sub bowls from now on almost $10 for a container 3/4 full of lettuce. SMH Read more

I?ve been coming to this location since they opened and I?ve seen employees rotate. But Lauren has always been there. Happy,... pleasant. I always thought she was the manager. I found out today she is not. Promote this lady please. I over heard herspeaking to another employee and she had so much positivity with what he did, it was genuinely nice to hear. The rest of thestaff is always so pleasant and they always greet me when I walk in. They greet everyone. Besides that, it?s always clean,smells good and has quick efficient consumer service. Showed my wife jersey miles for the first time and we killed our food! It was so so good! I got the #8 Club Sub, replaced the... provolone with white Americana me double, with lettuce salt pepper and light olive oil and a side of sea salt kettle chips! Mywife ordered the #13 Original Italian sub with jalapeño kettle chips and we ate it up!! So so good!
