Ordered a Cappuccino which are usually very good. Got home and took the lid off the cup to find that it was not a cappuccino but... rather a full cup of straight up milk lol. MILK. How do you give this to somebody as a cappuccino?! The incompetence isastounding. This Mcdonalds is so inconsistent. I can not believe this is the generation of workers that are going to make $15per hour minimum wage if not more. Lazy and incompetent. Always something wrong or missing. Every time u get fast food now itseems like theres a 50% chance something is going to be messed up. And this generation wants a tip for counter service at mostplaces now on top of their $15 per hour. And they want us to pay off their college loans too. Yea right LOL!! Theres noaccountability anymore. Be better at your job. Read more

Stopped by on the way home. Big Macs, fries and a mocha frappe. The drive thru had a long line, but it went extremely fast. I... used my bogo coupon for a free Big Mac, too. Everything was great. It always is at this location. The frappes are around thesame price. However, they are definitely smaller. The large now appears to be the old medium size. Not happy with that. The mostrecent visit yesterday, we were in the drive thru. Ordered two mocha and one caramel frappes. They tasted great, but they didn'tfill the whipped cream. Very disappointing. Usually pretty busy, but, as to be expected for a fast food joint on a main road. I've had a good mix of positive and negative... experiences here. Some employees are great, others don't acknowledge you at all and shove your order into your hands. About amonth ago I waited at the "Reserved Drive Thru Only" lane for over 30 minutes. I had to go in and ask if there was perhaps aproblem with my mobile order. Turns out they just forgot about me and tried to hand me my cold food with no apology. Other thanthat, pretty standard for McDonald's. My order is correct a majority of the time, but, I'm no stranger to having to walk in tohave my order corrected. Just wish some of the staff would actually acknowledge me when I say "hello", "thank you" or "have agood day". Read more
