Just ordered 3 sundaes with Carmel and hot fudge . Handed 3 to me in no carrier. When I drove away there?s only Carmel in all of... them. So fed up with McDonald?s not caring about properly completing any order I place. Pay your employees more if that?s whatit takes maybe then they?ll care what they send out to customers . Me and my doggo Ember go to McDonald's once a month. It's almost always great. Sometimes the fries are not hot and sometimes the... crispy chicken sandwich is not JUST made. Depends on my mood whether I just eat it or get a new order. Read more
This McDonald's always serves food HOT and I've never had a problem with my order. I usually order on the app and do drive thru... or curbside. Also worth mentioning that I have never had a problem getting ice cream McFlurrys or Sundaes. Their machine hasalways worked when I order. The drive thru staff is friendly. I do order from here once or twice a week. Usually once forbreakfast and once for dinner. It's convenient for me since they are 2 blocks away. Read more
Terrible McDonald's. At the drive thru the staff ignored us until I asked if they would take our order. When we were waiting for... our order, they asked if we could pull into a parking space and they would bring our order out. We waiting in the spot for 15mins and then had to go inside to get the food. Terrible staff, that hasn't been trained. Read more
This McDs is literally night and day with their service. I have had no problems with any of their food or service during the... day. Night shift is a completely different story. I have waited on one of the drive thru lines for someone to even acknowledge Iwas there while 5 cars get served on the other line. Another time I waited 10 minutes at the register inside and even thoughworkers looked right at me while giving other people their food not one word was said to me and no one came over. Lastly I wasat the drive through and someone asked what my order was and I said "Large #3 with a doctor pepper and 20 piece chickenMcNuggets. After watching all kinds of orders pop up on the screen she asks me again what my order was. I repeat the order, shethen says large #3? I said yes and 20 piece McNuggets. When she asked me for the 4th time to repeat the order and all kinds ofother orders were still popping up I had enough. I will now travel the extra distance to the McDs on Fischer Blvd. Its a shamethat this store goes so down hill when the second shift arrives. Read more

Seems like they dont change their cooking oil that often. Nuggets look like they were cooked in weeks old oil and not a gram of... sugar was in their sweet tea. Im not gonna throw a tantrum over it but for a place advertising $18.00 an hour pay they need stepit up. Read more
Waited in drive thru for 15 min for Luke warm food, half full containers of limp soggy french fries.Did no good to call store... because they just let it ring. Store got remodeled outside but the work really is needed inside. I guess the 14$+ an hour payhasn't helped Read more
