The wait time for drive-thru and/or take-out is atrocious. 20-25 minutes in a drive-thru line is ridiculous. Their automated... system even acknowledged how long it was and sent a template email apology. After several incidents, no more, I will be diningelsewhere. Read more

We ordered two whole salads and added toppings to each. The salads were about $14 each and with all of the salad and toppings... filled only 1/4 of the bowl and forgot the additional toppings on the one salad (avocado at $2 extra). We called to fix thesituation but were told to come in (after we paid for delivery because we have no car as we are visiting an office), but theywould not provide any accommodations but for us to come in and get a refund or new salads. Was not even greeted when we entered. Waited for someone to take our order for 10 mins then had to use the kiosk because no one... came. The kiosk would not work. Three people walked by behind the counter so we had to shout to them to be acknowledged. A mantried to fix the kiosk because he did not want to take our order but couldn?t so he reluctantly check us out. My salad came outwrong even though I specified no chicken several times. I spoke again to three people and was bluntly ignored. They just staredand said nothing until another man helped me. Food was decent so two stars. But where are the mangers? The restaurant was clean, and very well laid out. When we ordered our food with the cashier, she was texting on her phone and... wasn't paying attention to the phone number we gave her for our member acct. We had to repeat it twice to her! We ordered 2whole Tuna salad sandwiches on French Baguettes with lettuce and tomato. The Tuna salad was extremely salty! The baguette withthe lettuce and tomato tasted great. I did contact Customer service after our visit to complain about the salty tuna salad. Theywill be looking into the problem. Hopefully they can do something about it. Read more

My wife had a birthday free desert that they forgot to put in the bag on our last visit, stuff happens I?m not mad just... disappointed, so I asked to speak to the manager on duty and without hesitation he immediately grabbed the dessert she wantedand threw it in our bag. I know that the right thing to do in customer service is to give that particular item to the customerbut the fact that he didn?t hesitate and did it right away without asking for any kind of story or deciding to make up on hisown whether or not he believe the story or not, he did what he was supposed to do and that?s the sign of somebody that trulyknows what to do for their customers. I have never had an issue except for that and it was dealt with very professionallyquickly and with the greatest result that you could possibly have. I will continue to come to this location till I have a badexperience! And it looks like I?ll be coming for years! Read more

Absolutely amazing!! I haven't been here since before the pandemic and the prices are cheap for breakfast. The menu was all new... to me but the manager was very patient with me. I told him what I wanted and he did an amazing job! Just goes to show you if youtreat people the way you want to be treated life is so much better! Great job Panera with this guy :) Read more
