Cozy little place, food was awesome. Entrance for some reason was scary looking. Waiter was a funny comedian /heckler but in a... funny way. Seems like a lot of regulars go there and now I see why. i cannot say enough good things about this place! our waiter was so funny and friendly. his name was tom. you can bring your own... champagne and they will give you orange juice for mimosas, and we had ourselves a lovely little brunch! everyone enjoyed theirmeal, and we loved the atmosphere. it is a cash only establishment so be prepared when you go. My husband and I are all about customer service and the atmosphere in a place. We walked in and immediately felt at home. This... place is the best ?mom and pop diner? we?ve ever been to. The people are truly there to serve and have fun! They run their owncharity and every month is a new cause. We painted rocks while waiting for our breakfast. We will definitely be back! I love this family-run local spot. It has homey vibes and the menu is awesome. They have a little bit of everything, including... 20 different waffles to pick from. There?s also a big emphasis on giving back to the local community - they run fundraisingevents for a different charity every month. Great food, great causes, awesome staff. Read more
Outstanding food and service The burger was as big as my head Delightfully savory. Everything taste extremely fresh I had the... macho burger consisting of jalapeños that I found to be more savory and flavorful and complementary to the meat than spicywhich was good because it gave the option to add hot sauce or enjoy the flavor. The menu is vast, the food was actually very good. The server, not so much. With a name like Shut Up and Eat! It should have... been a dead giveaway but we still weren't expecting it. I personally didn't have an issue with it but one of my party asked aquestion about one of the menu items and the server made a face and a comment that was inappropriate, making the guest feel likethey shouldn't have even attempted to ask what that particular item was composed of. It looked like there was 1-2 servers forthe restaurant so maybe they were in a rush but it was still inappropriate. It's too bad as the food, again, was surprisinglyreally good. (Also a Cash Only restaurant which wasn't a problem necessarily but the only place they mention it is on thefront door which has all sorts of other text and we didn't see it until after we left and looked at the door again to find it) Read more
