I NEVER complain EVER OR EVEN WRITE REVIEWS , but The two rude girls at the register who I should?ve got?s names gave me a hard... time purchasing cigarettes , I have been coming to this wawa for 16 years and buying cigarettes for a year here with no issues ,girl rejected my ID and wouldn?t even scan it , other girl wouldn?t go get the manager for me when I asked if this could beresolved , girls claimed ?it?s a New Jersey law to not take vertical ids ? never heard of it in my life , also denied my sisterto purchase them when I AM 21 AND ID WAS NOT EVEN EXPIRED, could have been resolved by a simple scan , instead we wasted gas andtime on this store . Will not be going here again , P.S the bigger wawa down 37 accepted my ID and told me they?re story wasBULL . if your job is that sad then quit :) Read more
Whenever u walk in the door it smells like a porta potty ir some gross strong bathroom cleaner. Forget ordering. The staff... always looks confused, cant get the orders right, seem to always have difficulty. The air for tires is magically "always out ifservice" and all around rude incompetent staff. Stopped today free coffee Tuesday the app worked but could not get to the free coffee to show up. Wireless there is horrible.... The older man at the front register said to me do you want to wait or pay for the coffee. I had other items so I paid. Such anasty man. No comment cards out either, anywhere! Will be using Toms River Hooper store from now on. That store needs some muchneeded retraining. Would love to be a secret shopper for WaWa! Read more
I come here often to get a quick, cheap breakfast since it's on my work route. Google says they require masks, but they don't. I... wish they took things more seriously, or at least didn't claim otherwise. But while I can understand not being able to getcustomers to listen, the staff can't keep them on either. Most times I go there's either the older man or the younger girl atthe register, or both, and they rarely have their masks on right if at all. Wiping their noses with their hands and thentouching everything I bring up. I wish I could avoid it. Aside from that, my food orders have been given to me cold mutipletimes, and also often with the wrong ingredients or missing ingredients. It didn't cool down, it was as though it was given tome straight out of the refrigerator but with the bread alone heated. Most other staff members seem nice enough, but with howmuch I'm there, these problems are a lot for me. Read more
