After 40 min wait they sent the wrong wings / nuggets . Not what I was waiting for. Wanted classic wings well done. Taste like... frozen nuggets soaked in sauce. My first order from the. The said I have to wait for a manager later tonight Guess I'm going toget my dinner somewhere else. And have to wait for a refund . First time trying WingStop and I was not disappointed. I ordered online and took advantage of the special, 20 boneless wings... with up to 4 flavors as well as large seasoned fries. Order was ready on time. Boneless wings were large and had the rightamount of seasoning/heat. Fries were also well seasoned. The only issue was the wing flavors were not marked on the containersso it was difficult to tell what you were trying. I would certainly order again though. Read more

I placed an order online. The request pick up time was for an hour later. I arrived approximately 10 minutes before the... "ready" time. I asked my Dad to pick up the order. The guy behind the counter could not find my order. I went in to show theconfirmation number and was told 2 stories..they were backed up by 16 orders then it went to 3 orders. I was not waiting Iasked for a refund. The lady from the kitchen said she could not issue a refund since it was an online order. I would need tocall Corp and it takes 5 to 10 days for a refund. This is why I am filing the complaint..she then turn around and said wellyour order is for a 5pm pick up, I said it's 4:57 will it be ready in 3 minutes and she said in a nasty attitude no..we arebacked up by 3 to 16 orders. She wouldn't give me her name and walked away to the back saying have a nice day Karen. I neverpost review nor file complaints but this woman has an attitude problem. We have ordered from Wingstop a ridiculous amount of times and they have never failed to satisfy. Their wings are always fresh,... flavorful, and wait times are always low no matter how busy they are or what time we go. Literally just walked in and ordered 75wings on the spot at 10pm and only have to wait 15-20 minutes for everything. I also love that the have limited time flavors soyou never get bored of the same flavors over and over again. Highly recommend this place :) Read more

Very disappointed, wings were small, garlic parmessan was tastless and mango habinero wasn't hot but rather sweet. Fries were... good. Have had a lot better at non wings specialty places. Done with this place. Read more
