Horrible service, some girl with black hair and glasses acted like she didn't know we were there after 5 mins in the back with... her phone. I have 3 small kids and myself and wanted 4 footlong s, in response, she shows one and a half pieces of bread andgladly offers " sorry NO bread". What's wrong with this place...! Mean to kids! Wow! Great service and style. A little understaffed since they weren't able to clean up after messy customers.
This place is always out of ingredients, but still confirm your order. Unable to get your money back unless you walk into the... store and get a gift card. Kind of a waste of time altogether. Edited June 28th: I was told the owner would give me a call tosend a gift card (the poor employee can?t process refunds and had to handwrite my entire order for her boss). Went in from Oroville and would do this any day to go here when I crave subway here on out! Where everything was fresh and the... manager and employee working at the time are very friendly and inviting!.
