Horrible service, some girl with black hair and glasses acted like she didn't know we were there after 5 mins in the back with... her phone. I have 3 small kids and myself and wanted 4 footlong s, in response, she shows one and a half pieces of bread andgladly offers " sorry NO bread". What's wrong with this place...! Mean to kids! Wow! This place is always out of ingredients, but still confirm your order. Unable to get your money back unless you walk into the... store and get a gift card. Kind of a waste of time altogether. Edited June 28th: I was told the owner would give me a call tosend a gift card (the poor employee can?t process refunds and had to handwrite my entire order for her boss). Never received acall nor has the money been returned to my account. Read more

Went in from Oroville and would do this any day to go here when I crave subway here on out! Where everything was fresh and the... manager and employee working at the time are very friendly and inviting!. Also one of the cleanest subway's I have ate at!.05/20/22 I think the managers name was Christina. Read more

What a joke. Used to be great until someone took over ordering about a year ago and now theyre always out of stuff, constantly... calling back on mobile orders to say theyre out of bread. Awesome, glad you followed Omak until they shutdown and fired us allthe first time. Read more

Honestly I love subway. But I don't like the people who run this particular subway. Putting newer employees (or any employees)... underneath you, far enough that you treat them horribly in front of customers is one of the telltale signs that a business isbeing run by someone money hungry. Morally, I would never EVER go here again. Employees are working with you, to help create andgrow your business. Treating them like trash just shows how little you care about your business's ethics, and how much you careabout the money. It's no secret that it's hard to find a job in the area.... I get it. But this is the reason places like thissubway go into the ground, as much as it would be horrible to lose another place to eat, I hope this place does run out ofbusiness. Read more

Wow... just, wow. If I could leave 0 stars for today's experience, I would. I really like supporting small businesses,... especially in Tonasket but it's been a while since we have gone to this Subway because our last few visits have been justawful... but we were craving it and didn't feel like cooking after a long day at work. I placed an order online which was simpleenough but when I went to use a coupon I received in the mail this week, I was told this location doesn't honor thatpromotion... ok, whatever, we decided to order anyway and pay full price, which was way too high considering the rest of myexperience. When I got to the store 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, it wasn't. The girl running the counterwas surprisingly rude about it. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by even placing an online order. Then to top it off I wascharged for extra items they didn't even have available. The bread was burnt before they even toasted it. And they were out ofalmost all of the vegetables so I received a sandwich with 2 of the 6 veggies I ordered (one being avocado that I paid extra forand didn't get) my husband got 3 of the 5 veggies he ordered and the veggies we did get were wilted and mushy. The girl workingdidn't seem to care enough to even tell us that the vegetables weren't available. I had to ask and she said "what you see iswhat you get"... honestly that was appalling to hear considering I just paid well over $30 for two sandwiches and a couplecookies... and they charged me for 2 cookies online but didn't have the flavors I ordered available so she wasn't even going toinclude them at all! She omitted all the things they didn't have available without even saying anything until I asked why. Iwish I could've just canceled my order and gone to the taco truck, but they already had my money so I was stuck taking the poorexcuses for sandwiches I was given.
