I ordered a sheet pizza with semi sweet sauce and it was terrible and had plain sauce so I called to complain the owner said of... course no problem you can have a free sheet pizza on us?..called them back two months later to take advantage of that and theowner said oh yeah no our policy is you need to take advantage of that within a month. I was at a party where Molinaros was delivering the meal..they subsequently used the wrong sauce on the pizza. We called to get... a credit for the incorrect order, and they obliged.. .. then when we tried to use when we tried to use the credit..they stiffedus and the owner referenced some sketchy unwritten policy about store credit. SO SHADY and such a lack of transparency. There?sso many really good places to get pizza and wings out here?you can just skip Molinaros forever..they have no integrity. Read more

First time I?ve reverted ordered delivery through Slice. I won?t ever do that again. It took so long that I actually contacted... Slice through the app. They called the restaurant and was told the driver was in their way. Twelve minutes later I contactedthem again. My pizza finally arrived an hour and a half after I placed the order. At the tune of the order, my estimateddelivery time was 35-45 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable as far as delivery goes. I'm only happy when the owner is there. He gets it right. Unfortunately I spend $29 on subs and again they were wrong. No... mayo/oil with hard chunks of chicken In my steak sub. I threw it out. No tomato and no cheese on the cheeseburger sub. She ateit. I felt like I was eating scraps and it caused bad thought so after 2 bites I was done. The staff last night was nice butcouldn't get it right. I stressed over & over to the girl how I needed the subs then some guy walked in & she turned it over tohim. I knew it would be wrong but I didn't know I would get dry hard chicken chunks. I'm very unhappy with this place and wewon't be back. Everything from the outside & inside door handles are grossly dirty and look at the floor. I'm done. There'scleaner better places to eat that get it right. Wish I could give you guys a 0 star review. I ordered a sweet sauce pizza with light cheese and was given a traditional sauce... pizza with extra cheese. They closed early so when I called back they didn?t answer? called me back the next day and was toldthe ?owner? said he could give me $5 back.. after I spent $17, that?s less than 1/3rd of what I spent. I declined, now you?regoing to lose far more than $5 you?re going to lose the $100s of dollars I spend there yearly, learn how to make food correctlythe way it?s ordered and you won?t have this issue. I wish 0 stars was an option . Where to start ? The burnt pizza had a very bitter almost spoiled tasting sauce in it . When I... picked up my order the place smelled like dirty mop water and dumpster juice so I guess I should have curbed my expectations.Needless to say I wasn?t happy and the staff and the owner could care less about the quality of the food .
