Been over an hour since I ordered pizza?. It finally showed in the oven after 45 minutes and then spent 20 minutes in the oven?... it?s been an hour and 8 minutes and it is finally in quality check ???? I?m wondering how long that will take? oh and I tried tocall the store for 35 minutes, one time when I called I pressed 3 to make a new order and that only transferred me to a callcenter they at least answered, although they transferred me back to the ghost ran store, I?m assuming it?s ghosts since they areunable to pick up the phone? hopefully they were able to make my pizza which btw it has now been even longer since I?ve beencomposing this as we starve to death waiting on a pizza that dominos brags about being able to deliver in 20-30 minutes?. I don't know what happened to this place, but the overall experience with this place is awful. They won't answer the phone, if... they do, they sometimes hang up, orders are either messed up, or food looks and tastes like they hate their jobs. This is a newthing as this place has always given great customer service and the food was awesome up to this summer. They screw up your food,and act like the don't want to be bothered when you ask them to make it right. My last the orders from this place were asfollows: 3) pizza was so uncooked that almost all the toppings fell off the slice as you picked it up. 2) the pizza had ENTIREslices with no cheese on them and there were toppings I didn't order sprinkled randomly throughout the pizza. 1) the last orderwas completely missing a topping, and was cold. When I returned it and asked to speak to a manager, was told she was busy andnever managed to make it to the window to address me. The young lady that met me at the window remade my pizza but her tone wasdry, and her attitude was condescending and rude. The whole experience with this place is frustrating and insulting. The food is pretty good. The part that makes me want to give it a five star is it's a real pizzeria. There's a viewing window so... the kids can watch the dough being stretched and the pizza ???? being made. You could sit at nice red booths. Spacious. Therestaurant appears to be clean The bathrooms Could use a professional service. I personally don't want my pizza maker cleaningthe bathroom anyways ???? The parking lot is ample and the location is great. Overall it's a five star because I enjoyed myself. Read more
Where is the cheese? I politely asked them if I could a remake and they made it again with barely any cheese and told me because... I have ?so many?toppings the cheese is covered up. I don?t see any white I only see red sauce. This isn?t the first time they?vemessed up my order. I should have known better. They?ve gotten my order wrong several times before. I will be going to papajohns or pizza hit from now on. They were only first choice because of travel convince but their quality sucks! Read more
(pictures are of remake, giant bubbles, that only leave half a slice).This Domino's have gone down the hill since Manager Tom... has left. Every time I order in the evening times, the pizzas (no matter what crust) are not good. The toppings look like theyhave been dumped in the middle (which causes the middle to be under cooked) or do not have enough on the toppings on them. Thepizza's are never cut completely through ( I have to use a knife to cut through them). When I order in the day time, you cantell they make them the way they are supposed to be made and they taste great. My last order one of my pizza's had be dropped(all the toppings and cheese were on the top of the box). I always ask for my chicken wings to be ran through extra ( when Tomwas there, they were always ran through extra), they never are. One thing I can say is that they will make right with ordersthat are not correct. They need better training because if you replace or give me a credit, if the corrected order is not good,no one is going to keep wasting money on food that is not worth it. Read more
Quality is all over the place. I was craving my fave pizza but toppings were piled terribly (pieces of salami directly on top of... each other, folded), they forgot the requested sauce, and took at least 5 minutes to bring my pizza curbside with more than 3employees inside. This location also over-cheeses their pizzas (as most pizza places in Alabama do). I know it?s just cheappizza, but my husband is almost never down for pizza and I was really excited. Read more
