Our server Vetzanid is a nice young lady who's been there for at least a few months. She clearly was not trained right. Once you... receive your food, she NEVER comes back to your table. I saw a customer get up to ask her for refills. Another got up to ask fortheir check. We sat there with empty cups while we were eating. She didn't come back to our table until we asked for our check.She needs to be trained correctly and she'll be a great waitress. We will be sitting in a different section with a differentwaitress until we see a change. Read more
I have been here over 30 min sitting I already ask for drink and food order and I have been a waiter it doesn't take that much... not even if it was at 100% capacity with 1 waiter if the manager doesn't have the people to run the restaurant don't open thenthe waiter gets no tip and then they wonder why need to hurry up and take care of customer tips are know free have to be earned Read more

It?s like a wanna-be Denny?s. The food was okay. Bacon was not tasteful. My coffee mug had spots on it, and it was greasy. Eggs... and hash browns were good. Biscuits and Gravy was good too, but expect to pay more for more gravy, because there wasn?t enoughon the biscuits, and the waitress didn?t tell me that extra gravy was more $. Don?t eat here. I rather go to a Dennys at a Pilot. When we went in there the sign said seat yourself. I had to clean my own... table to find a seat. The host was decent that?s the only positive side but menus were sticky and nasty. I hear workerscomplaining about having to wash dishes. When we got our food the guy threw it on our table and left quickly without sayinganything or gave me a chance to ask for utensils. Read more
Worst ta restaurant I've ever been too. Nice young lady waitress, new I think, that's the 2 stars- Im not typing everything that... happened and I didn't see a single person worth complaining too. I hope the waitress finds a restaurant that is run better,shouldn't be hard. Read more
Food was good! Waiter was ok. This is a truckers stop. On the other side there is a convenience store, taco bell and subway.
Been sitting here with an empty drink for over 20 minutes. I haven't got my food yet and haven't seen my server since I sat... down. I'm about to walk out. Update: this place is still absolutely horrible. Tired of ordering food and not getting what Iasked for. This place is turning into black bear diner and the employees here openly talk about it and state they don't careabout anything because of it. My suggestion is before black bear opens.....fire everyone and replace them with people who careabout and appreciate the customers and have some sort of work ethic. Read more
