Worst stop on our long trip home. I normally stop off at this Burger King on the way home from Vegas regardless or the reviews... because everyone and the food is good, I should of taken a look again before this visit and honestly I think I won?t bereturning to this location. Whoever the manager or supervisor is on duty when I was there 10-10-22 between 6 and 7 pm (olderlady) was extremely rude no customer service skills and is extremely rude and aggressive to the staff. There was only one couplein the dining room and my family and I and a few cars through drive through. She looked at us as if we were bothering her whenwe came in and acted all bent out of shape for having to take our order we ordered 60 dollars worth of food because we were allvery hungry. She was not pleasant to be around, the food was ok a the burgers and chicken sandwiches were bit salty but that?sonly on our preference. I felt bad for the staff having to deal with the supervisor or manager on duty at the time. I?ll be sureto get the word out about this lady and make sure people steer clear of it. Read more
Terrible. Twice in a week timespan I order a simple cheeseburger, and it?s given to me cold. The second time they (manager)... gives me a heavy microwaved cheeseburger where the cheese is all over the place as if to stick me in the eye for challenging thepoor standard. Twice in one week. These people need training in customer service and in how to provide burgers that areconsistent with Burger Kings standard. Read more
We wanted to eat inside of Burger King since this region does not offer anything else to say the least. Went there at 6:45... expecting an open Fast-Food Restaurant. Nothing, they were closed! However there was a sign located to the right of the entrance(hardly visible) that they are closing down on 7:00 pm. Okey, fair since the workers seem overworked as far as I've seen fromother comments. But why closing down 15 min earlier than announced? Read more
Extremely clean and tidy with great customer service. This Burger King is a diamond in the rough out here in the middle of... nowhere. This place is located inside Chevron gas station and is the last stop for the next 4 hours until you reach Reno NV. Iwould highly recommend you stop in and check out all they have to offer. Read more
Highly recommended!!!! I came here while pregnant and got a crispy chicken sandwich but the bun was making my stomach turn so my... husband asked if they could just witch buns to the whopper bun with the chicken sandwich and they make me a whole new sandwich.Will definitely come back. Employees were super nice!! Read more
