The service here was so horrible! the lobby was dusty the condiments was hidden away out of sight. I had to ask for assistance... multiple times and waited, and watched the employees play on there phones ignoring me. I had two BLIND patients and my youngchildren w me. I chose to dine in bc I was already at work, they didn't have anyone on the front register, to help,......so bythe time I got my food which was wrong and over priced, I let my children GO HAM, ON THEIR LOBBY!! OH, not to mention, therestroom signs had ???? on both doors, my girls was so confused as well as my patients! If I was a hight school student, thiswould be the spot for a quicky!!! Read more
I was so hungry, I had to eat somewhere and Taco Bell's one of the few fast food places I will actually eat at. I cook at home... or I order from a restaurant like Catfish Hole, La Huerta, etc. But I wasn't done with my deliveries, I had at least anotherhour to go. I knew I just couldn't wait anymore, I'd already been waiting for 2 hours. I'm so glad I pulled in because... TheMexican pizza is back!! Yes, you heard me right, the Mexican pizza is back! It was my favorite thing on the menu, always! Iusually just get a soft taco since they took it off the menu I think it's been what.. 3 or 4 years? Or does it just seem thatway LOL I was so happy and of course, I ordered one and it was so good! I went and sat at the park and ate it, and it wasdelicious!! It was terrible! Someone didn?t bother to dry the lettuce so everything was dripping west. Lettuce was all you could taste.... There was no flavor. We ended up tossing the entire order. Read more
Horrible customer service. Tried to order two $2, menu items, when the price rang up at over $5 before tax two different... employees tried to tell me I was wrong, then when they realized I was correct, I said ?see, I knew what I was talking about? ina very claim voice the manager said ?Sir, relax! We will get it correct? I drove off without ordering anything. I know it?s fastfood and mistakes happen, but don?t be a jerk, I didn?t say anything out of line or in any sort of hostile tone. We just pulled up to the drive thru to order. We waited a few minutes and was told ?sorry about your wait, may I take your... order?? We appreciate the acceptance of our wait and we order. We finish our order and we are told, ? I am sorry but we are outof ground beef.? We cancel our order and then had to wait 20 minutes to get passed the drive through window to leave. Three carstook 20 minutes to get their food. This was not the best experience. Read more
Terrible customer service. We had a mobile order that was delayed in the system. They said it wasn't there even though the app... showed it had been placed. I understand tech issues, but the tone and attitude from the employee working the drive through wasuncalled for. We asked nicely if they could refresh the system to see if it had showed up and the employee in a very poor tonecut off my wife and said I have already refreshed it 4 times you can't order from this lane. So we were made to back out of themobile order lane to go to the main lane after being told it was not there just for it to show up when we get to the order box.This was very unprofessional and poor service from the employee. Spicey potato soft tacos were bad potatoes were extremely hard and crunchy inedible, spicy sauce lettuce cheese and tortilla... were all okay but wanted the potatoes. Beefy burritos were good, bean and rice burrito was good, cheesey rollup needed to beheated to melt cheese. Was extremely disappointed with this order. Brand new restaurant and are not working to give qualityfood. Tryed to show the potato soft taco but looks alot better than was. Read more
The only reason I'm leaving a 2 star right now is because of my loyalty to taco bell. I just got home with mine and my wife's... food and the chicken quesarito I ordered is more like chicken and rice burrito with a squirt of cheese. The cheese gorditacrunch was a sad half filled crunchy taco with shredded un melted cheese between the hard and soft shell. The wife's black beancrunch wrap supreme was very low on the main ingredient which is black beans. We haven't finished the rest of our food yet but Iwill keep eating since I'm hungry.
