The employees were very rude and very arrogantly told us to leave well before closing. The group we came with spent a very... decent amount and did multiple arcade cames, attractions, bowling, and food. Very dissatisfied with the attitude of the staffespecially one girl in particular. Read more

Bowling is always fun with the family, but the last 3 times we have been the staff at this specific location have had a... couldn?t care less attitude and just rude. I bowl at all star lanes all over the state and have only had problems with thislocation. Read more

Went for my first time today. Horrible experience. Lanes broke 4 times. Lady at the front desk must hate her life because she... wasn't any help at all very rude. Paid over $40 for one hour for 2 people and only bowled for 30 mins due to the malfunctioningon the lane they assigned to us. No refund was offered no extra time was offered. Some of the arcade games were down, and some of the ones that weren't didn't score right. We did unlimited rock wall, bumper... cars, and laser tag, but there was only one person working that whole part of the place. So, everyone else had to wait a reallylong time while one of those attractions were going. Overall, the place looked really fun, but the communication to us wasn'tvery good. We would have organized things differently had we known only one person was working those three attractions. Read more
