Our Waitress was Poison Ivy for Halloween. She was great and friendly. The Manager was also friendly when checking I.D. The... appetizer came out before all drinks were served then our food quickly after. Everything was very good. The Spinach ArtichokeDip was amazing. Dinner was wonderful! Our server, Charity, knew how I would like my steak, the sauce for my chicken wings, and put the lime in... the Pepsi. She was attentive, and made sure we were well satisfied. Perfect meal and service to celebrate 12 years with myhusband! Read more
Second time dining here last week and I, absolutely must say that Luci, our waitress is by far the friendliest, kindest and... warmest in every possible way from beginning to end. My family was taken cared of immaculately and she was simply masterclass.She made sure to cover all bases with grace and Southern hospitality even though the place was packed. Came to celebrate 2 birthdays and received horrible service waited over 20 min for 3 alcohol drinks. Asked for ranch with my... appetizer and never received it. In my order there were 2 steaks both supposed to be medium rare they were not. At the end ofare service are checks were completely wrong and mixed up it had to be fixed twice, and when spoke to the manager about thehorrible service he made an excuse for everything that i had to say, so he kindly gave me some coupons BUT?. there expired forthe date of December 31 of 2019 I will not return. It's really for the management then the staff. So busy, no help, dinner time. Heard something about 2 women on the grill. Now... I'm not in the habit to tell customers that's the reason for poor service, man,woman, trans, undecided!! I don't care who'scooking. So if it's that bad. Management failed these 2 women/workers. The story could of just said 2 workers. Calling out that2 women are on the grill. I'm sure they were doing the best with the skills and training they had. Bar tender was uniquely goodwith the level of service considering she had the entire bar and tables to serve. She was straight with folks and let them knowshe is alone, and it may be a minute. Applebee's has always been the favorite restaurant of mine and today was certainly no exception. Have eaten there many times... since we've been in Tooele and have seldom been disappointed in ANY WAY. Today was really EXCEPTIONAL! Our lovely youngwaitress (Kaylee) was a pure delight and my favorite entree was the BEST it's ever been in all the times I've had it. Thatbeing the three cheese Penne pasta with Grilled Chicken.
