The service was great and fast. The employees were friendly. My fry's were nice and crisp and fresh. The chicken nuggets were... good and was given enough BBQ sauce to eat all my nuggets. The double whopper needed help. It had paper thin tomatoes, a flatleaf lettuce with no crunch to it. The burger needed help but everything else was great and they can make Coke Zero with cherry???? Going through the drive-through shouldn?t take 20 minutes to get one meal. I?m not sure if the wait was due to short staff, or... what. I was expecting a very fresh meal. Nice hot fries with a hot whopper and melted cheese, and some yummy sauce. Nope!Definitely not what I got. I received stale fries and a burger that was literally thrown together. The cheese was harder on thecorners and not melted at all. Very disappointing since I was craving this meal and haven?t had anything from Burger King inawhile. Absolutely awful. Went for nuggies..I got 2 (8 piece)...15 of them were rock hard and gross, 1 was fresh. I called out one of... the managers for not washing his hands after he took the trash out and was asked to pull up for fresh nuggets to be made. Theymade 1 fresh to top off my order, gave me all the old ones that have obviously been sitting around a while. Will be notifyingcorporate. Read more

I?m not a review leaver, you can check my profile I rarely leave reviews and the ones I have left are positive. I would rate... this location -10 stars if I could. I cannot imagine how we have not had a single order we placed served correctly, not once. Weeat at this location fairly often due to the impossible burger option. I would love if there was another option that wasenjoyable/affordable somewhere else in this area, but there isn?t. I?m not sure where the fault lies, but the inability tofollow and serve a simple order of a burger with no pickles or onions and a couple of only ketchup cheeseburgers is beyond me.I?m tired of complaining, of having to call back, of requesting corrected items every single time we choose to eat here for ourvegetarian family member. I made a joke about a big Mac and the crew sold me a "Quarter Pounder" which they don't have on their menu. It was literally a... patty with pickles and half a bottle of mustard. It was disgusting. They charged me 10 dollars for it. Fries were cold. I'mBuilding a School next door and I work hard. This was probably the most disrespectful thing they could have done. Read more
