Worst customer service and employees EVER, they DONT EVER get ur order right or they miss stuff. This location is NOT... recommended unless you wanna get sick either my mother got so sick after we ate there. Beware!!!! They touched the meat andhandled the bags in the same motion. Heather the manager is also beyond unprofessional and rude you don't act like ur doing acustomer a favor by trying to fix the order they paid for and you guys messed up its just disgusting how they treat people.Definitely will not be returning to this location. I have ordered at this location pretty regularly and no matter if you order on the app or in the store it will take these guys... at least 10 to 15 minutes to finally start putting your order together. And for the love of God they seriously need to changethe fry oil on the regular schedule. Even ketchup won't take that taste out of your mouth. Read more
I always loved it when I saw a cook that looked Latino/Hispanic work there, he was fast and got my order done well most of the... time but I haven?t seen him since. Got the trifecta on the chicken sandwich. Dried out chicken, rancid and burnt fry oil. Didn't make it two bites in. Gross. Do... not recommend. Buy one get one so I ended up with two nauseating wastes of food. Cold fries, jumble of soggy burger ingredientsthrown in a wrapper, and still have dried out hamburger meat. It's like they TRY to make everything as sloppy as they can. I've been here multiple times, it's never good. I've never had a... single burger that I didn't have to completely take apart, reassemble, and dry with a paper towel. The bread is always soakingwet with greese and sause, the vegetables are a joke, they'll give you half a tomato (or none at all) and a whole leaf oflettus, stalk and all. Horrible! Paid 17.00 for the truffle fries that were worth 1$ and 5 chicken taquitos that I took one bite of and threw in the... garbage. Got 4 fountain drinks which were the highlight of that meal. I walked in to an empty restaurant and was not greeted andwaited for almost 5 mins for anyone to even acknowledge I was there. 2 other people came in as I was ordering one who ended upwalking out due to how long it was taking for her to be helped. The girl who took my order was a new employee and she was nice, but the other girl training her obviously should not be training she was pretty much doing her own thing and was completelyinexperienced in customer service. We came during their breakfast hours and asked if they could make a regular burger since my girlfriend has an egg allergy.
