It's a shame but It's a 50/50 experience these days with any pizza shop in Tooele. I love pizza I could eat it for dinner more... then I'd like to admit. And that being so, I spend alot of money doing so. And we end up with this stale cardboard. No name orreceipt attached to the delivery. The pizza wasn't ordered to be cut like shown. Or with any random mushrooms attached. Whichleads me to believe that the pizza was just sitting there for who knows how long it certainly tasted like it. And A 20% tip.Delivery fee. After waiting for twenty minutes they called me to tell me the delivery was going to be over an hour and a half. I said I would... just pick it up and the cancel the delivery and asked how long would it be until it?s ready. They told me another about 18mins.Then they called me back again and told me they will have to cancel the order and I?ll have to pay when I go in but yet I?mthe mean time I?ll have to wait upto 5 business days for my refund. So, I'd give no stars except to leave a review! One, the pizzas we got were nearly cold. Wasn't warm, got a third pizza the was... cut up and badly placed in the box. It looked like I was just random pieces from other pizzas and thrown in it! One driver, nocomplaints on other then he told us to just eat the pizza! So rude! All in all, poor customer service, called to see where thepizza was, as it was a hour after ordering! And the lady told me the pizza would be hot and warm! I followed my pizza being made online. At 8:18 it was being checked for accuracy. It never came. I called at 9:10 and they told... me it had been delivered to the wrong house. I asked if they were short on drivers, they said yes so I offered to come get itmyself. I went down and got my order, but even then they left of additional toppings I paid extra for. They charged my card theoriginal price including the delivery fee and the 20% tip. I never will never go back. Read more
Outstanding! I am nothing but pleased with my visit to domino's tonight! I placed my order and was given a time window that my... order would be ready 8:03-8:13. I arrived a bit early for pickup and observed some things from the staff while I was there. I amso impressed by the people working tonight and their ability to keep a positive attitude after a more than difficult customercaused a fuss. Instead of using the customers rude remarks to ruin their night they used it to fuel happily through a busydinner rush. The cashier handled the customer very well, again while keeping a happy upbeat attitude. I also heard the callsfrom a manager or shift lead out to their team on how to improve and succeed through the night. My name was called as my pizzawas boxed and handed to me. I was in my car ready to drive home exactly at the time promised of 8:03. Arrived home with hot,fluffy crusted, perfectly sauced pizza. Great work Domino's! Read more
Normally I absolutely love this Domino's. Their pizza is excellent and normally have great customer service. Again, I said... normally. This time they burned my 6 cheese specialty pizza. The other pizza and cheese bread we received were fine. When Icalled and talked to the Manager, Jeremiah, about our burnt pizza he said he made it to Domino's specs and it was fine (eventhough we order this often). This picture doesn't show how hard and crunchy it is. I'm extremely disappointed with this manageras he told me I had to purchase another one if I didn't like this one and he would make it in another oven but, that the crustwon't cook all the way. He refused to remake it or do anything for us. Unfortunately both their Sr district and districtmanagers left the company so I feel that I can't do anything but post this review. Read more
I don't care what anyone has said about this place before I ordered from here. I literally had the best pizza ordering... experience ever from here. I recently moved to Stansbury Park and I wanted to get a pizza. I used their app and it (for somereason) used this store instead of the Stansbury store. I'm so glad it did. I got a call from the manager asking if I couldpick up my order instead of getting it delivered. Note. He gave me the option. I said I'd be glad to drive up to Tooele and getit. Man. I can't describe it. The dude there was the best. He gave me a huge discount that, to this point in my life, I willnever be able to repay. In the end, I had some of the best pizza ever. Go here. Now. I've noticed the last two times I've ordered pizza delivery that you have added a $4 surcharge for pizza delivery. Last night... when my pizza was delivered I asked the driver if any of that went to the driver, he said that it doesn't and that it pays forinsurance. Sorry but it's not my job to pay for your insurance. We've been long time customers of Dominos. We will never orderfrom domino's again! I payed $32 for a 14" pizza last night that was burnt to a crisp plus I tipped the driver $4. I'm done withdominos and I will encourage others to not order from you also. Read more
