The girl with the colorful hair and eyeliner accused my brother of not scanning one of the drinks at self checkout, and instead... of checking the receipt she makes him buy both again. So she yelled at him and made a scene when she did not even check. Sheshould be fired. She's the rudest employee I've ever seen. And when we went back to get a refund she went to hide so the otheremployee has to fix her mistake. Read more

Pretty bad when you buy biscuits and gravy and when you go to get it out of the bag with other items everything is covered in... gravy that is like water. Won?t bother stopping in here since flying J is on the way and their quality is staying up. MaverickIn general has dropped in quality over the past year. Read more
I have three different Mavericks to choose from from where I live. But I go to the Tooele because I meet a friend for breakfast... and drinks. Recently there has been a new cashier, an older woman with silver hair. She seems perpetually angry all the time.This morning she scanned one of my drinks twice and when I told her she did she canceled the whole order and did it all overagain very upset. Then thew all of my stuff my hot and cold stuff in the same bag, and when I say throw I mean my energy drinkswere shaking enough to bubble up when I opened them. My job requires I wear scrubs to work I don't want to wear my drink too.Thankfully I watched what she did and I opened my drink outside of my car. Read more

Oh my maverick! Open when no one else is, with employees that actually seem to care about you the customer and the job that pays... them! (Even if they're just pretending) this store has improved drastically over the past 10 years and would've gotten 5 starsif not for a very bad corporate policy to throw away food and call the cops on a starving kid just trying to get a warmmeal!
