Very disappointed. Got a family meal with double orange chicken and it doesn?t even taste like orange chicken. Like it was... missing an ingredient. I work pretty much across the street so this Panda is a lunch go to. There are a lot of negative reviews on here and most are... one off issues. This place makes a reliable delicious EXPRESS Chinese/American lunch. On this day, I got my staple, orangechicken and it was the best ever? it was finally spicy!!! Super disappointed. Usually things are ok, not great but ok. Ordered today for delivery and not only did they forget the other... half of my entree on both orders, but the food had such a bad scorched taste, it was inedible. They ?offered? to give us therest of what we ordered and would comp another order but we?d have to go down?not a huge deal, right? We waited for fresh chow mein, and they ended up giving our order to someone else. They gave us someone else's order and when I... told them they took it back. Just tried to use a gift card at this location. I checked before I left on their website and it had 20$ on it, but when they... tried it on their machine it said it was empty. I checked again on their website and the gift card still had 20$ on it. Etherthe cashier didn't know what they were doing or the location doesn't support gift cards at all. And they also got the orderpartially wrong. Ordered 2 of the same thing, but part of one of the meals was missing. Read more
