Terrible customer service. They screwed up 1 of 5 pizzas I bought, I got home and realized there was nothing on it at all. ... They wouldn't prepare a new one unless I brought back the incorrect one (which wasn't possible) and they refused to give mymoney back. Only offer was a 50% off coupon for next time. Ummmm, there won't be a next time. The snarky people who workthere are THE WORST to talk to and try to resolve anything. Ordered online to pick up at window. Instead of ASAP, I ordered an hour in advance. Got to the window and it wasn't ready, was... asked to wait out front. Expected that meant they would bring it out to me. After 15 minutes I went in to see if it was ready,they had no idea who I was. They found the pizza, they had prepared the wrong variety. I took it anyway. Wish there was a wayto retract the tip that is practically required when you pay for your online order. Read more

Ordered 2 pizzas, a specialty cowboy pizza and a pepperoni. my wife picked up 2 pepperoni pizzas. the customer service was the... problem, they completely got on the defensive, and started talking down to us. long story short...no way am i picking up a pizzaafter hearing their comments. order number 13359276763217921 to make it even more funny. this was the 1st time going back thereafter 4-5 years, saying last time "never again" lol so never again! They were quite busy. We ordered and then waited over30 minutes for our order. They gave us three pizzas , but we only ordered... 2, or so we thought. When we asked for artichokes on just half of one pizza, the girl was confused and asked for help. So wepaid and waited... when we got home, we cooked the pizzas and they were delicious. When I looked at my receipt, they hadcharged me for a 3rd pizza with half with no artichokes. I returned to the store the next day and it was closed. There werestill employees inside, so I knocked on the door. A girl and boy came to the door and listened to what happened and let me inwhile she refunded me for 1 pizza. I have to eat gluten free and this is the only pizza place in town that serves a safe pizza to eat. Of course the only have one... size and only the super thin cracker thick crust. I love thick crust and deep dish pizza but no place I have found make thatkind of pizza any more and certainly not with a gluten free crust.
