Clean quiet place, I did go in on Halloween so that might have been why it was dead in there. : ) food was great and didn't take... long at all. Friendly and willingness to help workers was awesome. You'll want to bring at least $20 for a person or two maybeto eat. Read more
Took almost half an hour after they text me "out for delivery" I literally live 5 minutes away pizza was good proper amount of... toppings. However ordered fried mozzarella sticks and marinara didn't get the marinara. And mozzarella sticks tasted likegrease. Read more
I've worked quite a few pizza places and fast food and I've never had such a rude unacceptable customer experience not only did... it take an hour and a half to get my food when I called to find out where my order was I was told the driver called and knocked3 times on my door and just left my order on the cold concrete. First of all no one called or knocked I had my door open theentire time and no one knocked. Very disappointed and whoever it was I talked to was absolutely rude about it. Took over an hour and half to get my food. Delivery driver didn't knock and placed my pizza on the cold concrete. The spicy... garlic wings was about the equivalent of a Wendy's original chicken nugget (no flavor). In tooele even little caesars outpizzas the hut. 100% ill go to domino's or papa johns from now on. Read more
Ordered online and door dash cancelled my order. Yet the transaction was made over a week ago. I called that day it got... cancelled and they said my card wouldn?t be charged. Card was charged and I have called for a reimbursement. No reimbursementyet. I asked if I could possibly get a free meal. Was told they don?t give special treatments. I understand but when you pay fora meal and you don?t receive a meal yet your card is charged it?s really frustrating. Some people do live paycheck to paycheckand every dollar counts. Read more
We haven?t gone to Pizza Hut Tooele for a long time due to bad experiences in the past, pizza arriving under cooked, doughy and... rude management? we ordered it delivery so there was no interaction with staff this time, but this time it arrived in a timelymanner, was cooked throughout and was good! You can never go wrong with Pizza Hut. Derek the general manager is a great guy. Ever since he's been running the show I've... seen a great improvement. He's gone above and beyond what you could ever expect from a manager. I just wish we had morepeople like him in Tooele. Thanks Derek You rock! Read more
Website loads very slow. Doesnt let me view any orders. Order email doesnt let you go into the website to view the order... status. Didn't see any options for flavored crusts. I suppose they got rid of it because they forget to make the crust flavoredanyway. Don't let you double that extra cheese either. Ya'll cheap on the toppings! Even for that extra cost. Read more
