We love Popeyes chicken, but don?t waist your time or money at this location. It?s dirty, the food is not prepared properly... (chicken super super chewy? Gross), it?s staffed poorly, I?ve seen the manager leave the building to get into a fight withsomeone in the drive through line, the lobby has often been closed and when it is open, they accept cash only for some weirdreason?.. We?ve given this location multiple tries but at this point we?re done and will take our business elsewhere. It blowsmy mind that the owner is not in there every day working to fix the many issues. The worst customer service I have ever had at Popeyes. The manager was so incredibly RUDE. Couldn't place 2 different orders at... the drive up. We were disabled and she said we'll looks like you'll need to just come in. And told her we was disabled and shesaid oh well you'll still need to come in. Can't place 2 different orders at the drive up. The girl a manager at what 17 18 yrsold? Talk to me like that ? I freakin don't think so. Had my daughter go in and if I know her she tor that one a new one. Don'tbe putting anyone under the age of 25 a manager and if she is over 25 ? That lil one NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Read more

Out of ketchup, drive through menu not working, out of chicken, can?t take credit cards. All of things we?ve experienced over... the last year at this location. It always seems to be something. Great food but no ketchup? Went there a week later. System isdown. Had to go somewhere else. Read more
Never experienced so many problems at a fast food place before. This Popeyes location has a plethora of problems regularly. We... actually joke about going here and that they are ?probably out of chicken and their card machine is broken ?. Today the placewas shut down completely because their system was down. If I could give this a negative review I would. We order 8 piece spicy chicken family meal and 2 chicken sandwich meals. Not... only did it take 20 mins to get - the fries were cold, chicken was dry, and seems like it was cooked in leftover oil. It was theworse chicken from Popeyes that?s family and I have ever had. This was around 3pm and we had 3 cars waiting with us in 110degree weather. The lobby wasn?t even available to wait and dine in. Will not return! Read more
Busy place -Hubby didn?t mind waiting cuz he likes the tenders with sweet heat dipping sauce!
I've tried to eat here with my family 5 or 6 times now since they opened and haven't been able to because every time the lobby... has either been closed or they have signs up saying cash only. They don't answer the phone, and there's always cars waiting fortheir order that block the parking lot flow even when nobody else is in the drive through. It makes it super inconvenient to getin and out of the location due to the extreme flow of traffic on the highway so it's even more frustrating to turn right backaround and wait in traffic again when the restaurant lobby is closed or only taking cash.
