I?ve refrained from reviewing this Taco Bell for awhile now, but after today I am just so disappointed. The past 3 or 4 times... I?ve gone to this Taco Bell, my order has been completely messed up. Either to the point they make it wrong or it?s not even myorder. I get all the way home before I notice each time too. Today I don?t even know what they made my food into, but it mostdefinitely wasn?t close to what I ordered. Tooele Taco Bell needs to take some pointers from Farr West. Farr West is by far thebest Taco Bell I?ve ever been too, they?re always the best service and the best food (and I actually get what I order)! Read more
We are traveling and stopped to get dinner. We ordered the Crunchwraps. The meal was really good. We usually order this if we... are traveling but todays was particularly good. I have lived in Tooele for over 11 years now & in that time I can honestly say I have NEVER had a good experience here. Tonight... was the worst! The staff was extremely rude, the store was disgusting with trash & smashed chips all over, the service was slowbecause the staff was standing around not doing anything. The soda machine was out of ice, I asked for ice & the lady 1st toldme they didn't have any ice in the back, I called her out & she basically ripped my cup out of my hand. I stood around for over20 minutes waiting for a small cake from KFC. All they had to do was hand it to me. I guess if you are wanting entertainment aswell as dinner, this location is for you. Otherwise, I would avoid it at all costs. You will end up with the wrong food, theylie to you, & the food you do get will be cold! Read more
We ordered 2 thigh and leg meals through the drive through. After we arrived at our picnic place and opened the meals, one had a... thigh, no leg, that was the only piece in it. The second meal had a leg, a thigh and a very dry breast. If the KFC had not beenso far from our destination we would have returned to get it resolved. I'm sure they would have made it right but we were almost2 hours away by the time we ate. The rest of the food was up to the KFC standard, just the dry breast was below standard and inthe wrong meal. Just moved to Tooele. Taco Bell is my go to lunch spot. This place has been good. Solid on the custom orders. I get plenty of... sauce and usually get napkins. If they had online ordering, they'd be perfect. Read more
I?m pretty easy going. So objectively - the employee(s) here are pretty rude. Simply requested extra mild sauce, was told it was... ?in the bag?. Looked in the bag, was about 10 packets of everything but mild sauce. So asked again, and received anotherresponse, as if the employee was annoyed I would dare ask again - ?it?s just in the bottom of the bag? it?s there? (eye roll)?.Sure enough, all 2 packets were there. Not about to argue about mild sauce in a drive-through. In the amount of time it took todisregard a simple request and provide awful service, ya could?ve just given me a few extra packs of mild..? Maybe I?ll put moreemphasis on ?extra? mild?Just a thought. But won?t be an issue cuz I probably won?t be back. Thanks big fella. Read more
After waiting for 10 minutes while they helped the drive through I, the other walk in patrons, got our food. The girl at the... counter was very nice. Seems like with 10 people working that they could service both the drive through AND those that makethe effort to come into the store. Anyway, I get home and open my $13 dinner and it looked like this. Yikes! No QC???? Mostwent into the garbage. Bummer. KFC was once a great place where families could get a great meal at a fair price. Read more
My mom told me if you don?t have anything nice to say don?t say anything at all. So I?m gonna say something nice about this... place. You are the Taco Bell location that cured me from anymore cravings of Taco Bell. The girl at the window had such a nicescowl and uninviting presence about her. Great customer service girl!
