We ordered on the website for curbside pickup,left our home after we were notified the pizza was ready, and pressed the button... notifying them of our arrival. We waited almost 5 minutes before giving up and going inside. Apparently, when we pressed the \"Ihave arrived\" button, the only notification the employees received was a print up on one of the registers, but no one was atthe register until we entered as there weren\'t other customers waiting, so they missed the notification. Not a big deal,especially since they applologized, but something others should be aware of. I would still give a rave review, but my familyfound the pizza to be mediocre. The sauce was super thin and the crust left something to be desired. I added some sauce we hadon hand, and was satisfied. Still, I won\'t reorder from them as there are better pizza places around, which is unfortunate as Ilike to support small businesses. Read more

Update review: I left the review below after I received our first order. I gave them 1 star. One of the managers called us and... explained that they had investigated why our pizza was so bad. They offered to make us the same order and asked for our input.The second order was much better and really good. The customer service is outstanding. It?s not often a business goes out oftheir way to make sure their customers are happy with them. I changed my review to 5 stars. Very impressed with the customerservice they provided and the pizza was really good.- Original review-\nWhile the staff was awesome the pizza was the worst Ihave ever had. When we saw the sign on their door we wanted to try them. It was very expensive and the pizza was over cooked andvery dry. It was like there was no sauce. We ordered 2 pizza?s and both were terrible.
