I ordered 3 things... Simple. Frosty, nuggets with BBQ sauce, and a Jr bacon cheeseburger. They gave me a straw with the frosty,... no spoon. You can't drink a frosty. The bacon cheeseburger had frozen cheese on it and super burnt bacon. The nuggets tastedlike they sat there all day. It was lunch time, food should be fresh. I had to ask for napkins 3 times and they forgot the BBQsauce. The only plus was the check-out lady. Super friendly. Will not go back. Read more

This transaction was a let down and all I came for was fries and a frosty. I?m pregnant and just wanted a specific thing and... decided to go to Wendy?s instead of McDonald?s to get more out of the shake but was told they don?t have large fries when itsays it on the sign they do then was told I need to wait a minute as they need to put the chocolate into the system to make moreif the chocolate frosty which I was totally fine with but then they come out with a strawberry one saying they don?t have anychocolate frosty and I think they are downsizing their cups for frosty s because I used to get the large a lot and this large ismore like a medium so just all around disappointed? Food was old and gross fries tasted like they had been sitting for hour's my chocolate frosty tasted nasty and was grey in color... instead of the normal brown. I ordered a daves double and was given a kids Burger instead upon trying to get my problem solvedthe cashier acted like they didn't care, and when I asked for a manager I was told there isn't one here sorry. The staff here is amazing! They were working double duty on headset and taking in store orders but they still took the time to... smile, say hello and be super friendly. I asked about french toast sticks and they went above and beyond to check their truckthat had just come in. I didn't even have to wait long before I got the food and I cannot commend the staff enough for theirexcellent customer service. Read more
When was it okay to prepare food without using gloves? I asked a worker and she said that, ?the person preparing the food is the... manager and that the health inspector said it?s okay.? She also said that if I had a problem on how she?s preparing the food Ican talk to her and see if she will put on gloves.. if this is the new way of doing things.
