Good food, not so fast service
Disgusting restaurant, I still feel sick thinking that we ate food at this place. The wait was much longer than quoted. We... waited forever for the food to come and had to ask for cutlery and bread. My child’s pasta was almost raw and/or had beensitting out for at least 20 minutes. My pizza was barely cooked, I basically ate raw mushroom pizza, my husband’s salad wasbrown and had a bug in it and my other child’s bolognese pasta smelled like the meat was old. Our alcoholic drinks werewatered down as well! The manager was nice enough to comp our food (not drinks). It was probably the worst place I have evereaten. Read more
I have never been so disappointed. We placed a to go order, ordered the bbq pizza based on cpk recommendation. It was pizza... dough w barbecue sauce. This pizza isn’t edible, They should be embarrassed, not sure if they ran out of the ingredients butthey should not have sold us this Bbq pizza crust. Read more
The place is big and clean. I like it that they have noon special where you can order smaller portions of two different food in... a fraction of the cost, very reasonable and perfect for those who are in a diet or not wanting to eat too much for lunch whileshopping. Service is good as well. Read more
From all the chain restaurants of pizzas and Italian food I think that California pizza kitchen cracked the code. They make... pizzas so good and every time I get it I feel like it was made only for me. Now do not expect the prices to be low they docharge and they charge a lot for the food. But I’m OK with paying for good food especially one that they still good. Read more
After flying out here from Asia after over 2 years of pandemic to discover our 1st meal at California Pizza Kitchen that the... food was so dissapointmented. We ordered Chicken Tequila Fettuccine from the picture of the menu. Here is what it looks like. No where near it. The waitress was nice enough to ask if we want to change but we said we will try anyways. Conclusion was ahuge dissapointmen. Read more
Took forever to order and get our food (soup). The soup was basically mashed potato, really gross. I mean I know potato soup is... think but when I have to chew it, yikes! The pizza was barely warm and we used our own silverware we begged for to cut it. Goodjoke CPK, you’re doing well! Read more
One of the better CPK's food wise, decent selection on tap. The waitress we had was very friendly, but I get the sense the could... use a couple more on the floor. It can get really busy since it's in the middle of a bustling mall. Good place for some drinksand apps though ???? Read more
