Food was decent. Burgers are good and reasonably priced. Sides are tasty but cost as much or more than the Burgers. Bobo's... boasts they have Homemade Rootbeer. I don't believe this is true. Mixing Cream soda and Rootbeer doesn't make it "Homemade".Flavors can be mixed at any convenience store, station or truck stop. Any place that has fountain drinks. When in Topeka, I will often take my Mom over to Bobo?s. I love the fresh burger and Mom loves the corn dog and homemade root... beer floats. We always get someone at the window quickly to take our order. They are always kind and helpful. Read more
Found this drive in on our road trip and was quite impressed! Cheap menu items, fresh made burgers and fries, nostalgic diner... feel. Small dining room available for dine in, or drive up in your car and they will come out and serve you at your car. Staffwas friendly and didn?t rush us out as we finished our meal just before closing. Great place to stop if you?re in Topeka! Read more
This place is exactly what we expected and hoped for when we stopped. I just wanted to get a burger after a long drive and... didn't want a chain. I wanted to make sure I ate exactly what I didn't need but wanted. The burger was the perfect amount ofgrease and flavor but not soggy. The chili cheese fries were great also, I would have liked to try the onion rings, but I canonly eat so much. I will definitely eat there again anytime we are in the area. Read more
In town for an event and we stopped here for lunch. The burgers are super greasy. The bacon on the burger was barley cooked.... Overall it was good but nothing special. The onion rings were horrible, no flavor at all and could have cooked another minute ortwo. I did love my strawberry shake though! Read more
