Totally disappointing! I ordered a 10 PC. Traditional bundle--- half honey bbq and half lemon pepper. The wings were DEVOID OF... HONEY BBQ SAUCE AND LEMON PEPPER RUB. I Pointed this out to the server and was met with ---"they are what was ordered. If I hadnot prepaid or left a tip I would have cancelled the order.The wings use to be really good and flavorful some years ago. I willnot order wings from here again. Read more
Really debated between Wings etc and BWW and ultimately chose BWW due to sauce variety. Bad decision. After a long exhausting... day in the sun watching kids sports, last thing you want to do is wait an hour for your pick up order to come out. Order wassupposed to be ready at 6:40. It is now 7:40 and we are still waiting. UPDATE- After 70mins I canceled the order. Manager had noresolution except to cancel the order and receive a refund which I will have to wait up to 7 days to receive. I wasted over anhour of my busy day and had to drive clear across town to just cancel an order. Quickly ordered from Wing Etc. since the kidsinsisted on wings. Wings were ready in 10mins and about $15 cheaper. Definitely if you don't have have hours to wait formediocre food, stay away from BWW. Read more
Burger was delicious, hot and fresh. Fries ok, service good, friendly. The fried pickles were really good but didn't get... enough to justify the price. Hot chicken sandwich was ok. Read more
Pretty pathetic that a family wants to eat at this establishment after a kids? softball game, and get turned away bc at 9pm,... even though they?re open til 1am, they only offer BAR seats, when there?s an entire restaurant of open tables! Yeah I know I'm a little late to the party but this was actually my first time eating at BWW and I just wish I would of given... them a chance sooner. Our server was very polite and efficient and stayed on top of our drinks and made sure we were taken careof. Wings were amazing I was really surprised and impressed at the same time buffalo sauce is ???? will definitely be goingback. Read more
This was the 2nd time I left before I got to order because there was no drink orders, ?I?ll be with you in a minute sorry about... the wait?. After we were seated out on the patio the waitress NEVER came back?45 minutes later after she came out and took the 3tables checks and cleared tables she went back inside without a word. Usually have a decent time dining in. Not impressed with pick up orders. Made a pick up order and the food was cold. Wasn?t... given chili in our queso like we ordered and they gave us crumbs for fries. Tried to get a refund and the manager said it wouldhave to be through doordash which doordash doesn?t even give you a full refund. The restaurant put the order together and shouldhave offered another option besides just being refunded through doordash. Read more
