Family went to dinner at Chili's late this afternoon. Ordered meals. Son ordered a bacon ranch burger. When he got his... order, his burger did not have any bacon on it. Had to get it on the side. Daught in law ordered the any two combo, asked forspur cream but did not get it. Had to ask three times for it. Server, Grace, was great. Very friendly and tried to make ourexperience better. I got to say I was pleasantly surprised how good our food was. With all of the food and service quality going down hill these... days this was great choice tonight. Not a fan of the check in on the kiosk but I understand why. Me and my wife always get thetriple dipper and tonight we split it. They have the best southwest egg rolls. No other place comes close. We got the crispychicken which was excellent and the sliders. The sliders were really good. I think I might prefer them over a regularburger. We had our son with us and he got the Cajun pasta. He said it was great and I could tell by his empty plate. Kind oflike alfredo but not a rich with a Cajun seasoning is how I would describe it. Love love and love. I get to redeem my points all the time. I love the fajitas and burgers. Chips and salsa and queso are always... my favorite app. Service is always great. I try to get there early or late lunch to avoid the rush. Always clean and staff arefriendly and attentive. Nice location on Wanamaker. Read more
Paid $13 for a salad I didn't finish only to have the waitress pile trash from the table on top of it instead of asking if I... wanted a to go box. Also the sliding bar that locks the door in the women's handicapped bathroom is missing. If anyone that isusing a wheelchair needs to use the bathroom could not because stall won't lock. Had a great lunch with my mom, for $9.99 you have your choice of soup or salad, several to choose from and also half an entree... with a side. For being a Chili's Club member we also received free chips and salsa. Service was great everything was deliciousand you can't beat the lunch deals! Read more
They were not that busy and seemed to have enough help however the service was extremely slow. Our waitress was very friendly... but we did not get our order in a timely manner and often had to search to ask for things such as drinks and side items, andsometimes we had to ask more than once. The food was as expected for Chili's. Not amazing but nothing to complain about. Read more
We went in later afternoon and it wasn't real busy but the staff were super friendly and the food came out in less than 10 min... and the chips and salsa are to die for in my opinion. Clean and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely recommend. Read more
