Have patience. Don't go here if you don't have alot of time to wait. You can sit for 10-15 minutes easy even if you are the... only vehicle in the drive thru like we were at lunch around noon today. My son loves their food but man I do not like how slowthey are. That is not on the employees but on ownership. They only have like a 3 man crew but they do a great job. Food isgood and they are nice. There honey biscuits are the best. Stick with their fried chicken. We have tried a few other itemslike their chicken sandwich and it was terrible. He didn't even finish his first bite. Read more

Drive through took about half an hour (we had a coupon and decided it would take just as long to leave and go somewhere else)... then after clarifying that we wanted the biscuits that came with the meal 2 times at the speaker and having to fully order againat the window they still missed the biscuits. 2/3 trips to this location have been the same way. If you like your biscuits- don't bother, just go to KFC. They forgot all 5 of our biscuits, which judging by the other reviews,... seems to be a running theme for them. This was after giving them multiple other chances, btw. I believe they didn't screw up theorder one time. Definitely never going back. Read more

I was feeling for some of that Smoke Bourbon Chicken and decided to hit up Church's Chicken. I should of listen to my instincts... and gone to the 29th street location. Never have I ever ate chicken before with feathers still on the bird. SMH. Read more
As a worker there who?s currently working, come in? Monday?s-Saturday?s. Occasionally different workers but are great also.... There?s always a rush & sometimes a wait on chicken because people order big meals so please understand we?re trying to give thebest service we can. SOMETIMES we are out of white meat (Breast and Wings) cause the Company DOESN?T SEND ANY. Our Chicken haschanged, so our wings are smaller and breast are bigger. We have issues with our headsets & speakers so please be patient withus because it is hard to understand customers, and to hear us. We always get complaints from the different shifts from Sunday?sand we apologize for that. Also we DON?T carry honey or butter anymore! Dinning is also open now! Occasionally if we are notshort staffed or if the AC works. Without AC it?s hot inside. No public restrooms allowed. Lobby does close at 8pm or a littleearlier. If you?re wanting spicy chicken, come early in the afternoon or morning, because it?s only sold early. We only cook toorder if you ask which takes 40 minutes.
