Walked in & Staff standing around Manager at a table right next to buffet making it to where people couldn?t get food. There... were multiple staff there just not working. Salad bar - lettuce turning brown. Buffet- 4 unpopular pizzas out & 2 desserts. Nonew food came out at all while I was there. Manager talking to someone on speakerphone working on computer. Read more
All the pizzas, pasta and deserts were OLD & COLD. The salad bar, just sad. Nobody wants to eat bad lettuce. I don?t understand... how I remotely thought this place would?ve been better than my last visit. If anything worse. Ever wonder why is damn nearempty? Not as big of a pizza selection, but we visited past lunch. They kept everything hot and stocked. The arcade games seemed to... all be down and only one was marked as out of order. Read more
Good food. Little disappointed but they did their best. The store hrs listed online and on the door state a 10 pm close. However... we were not informed untill after paying they would be closing at 9 pm.( was 830 pm when we entered) being understanding thatthe employees were young. If it wasn't for that I'd rate them a 5 star. Read more
I had a great experience. Food was good and everyone was nice especially the girl who picked up the plates from my table. She... was very polite I think her name was Kat not sure though anyways it was overall very clean too. Read more
Would for sure give zero stars if that was an option. Person at the register overcharged my friend, charged her 11 year old as... an adult. Then had an attitude with us when we asked her to fix it. Our table piled up with plates, they didn?t once take oldplates off of our table but made sure to get the table next to us. One of the employees also went to the back door & let in fourguys and they got to eat for free! Read more
We were greeted and treated very well by the staff. Service was excellent and very friendly. Buffet and salad bar was clean,... fresh and well stocked. Lots of variety. Restrooms were clean, along with the dining room. Dishes were collected promptly fromvacant tables and tables cleaned. This crew took pride in service! Nice little game room too, which only takes tokens. Lookingforward to our next visit. Read more
Worst experience ever!! The food sucked,the game room was closed,and worst of all there was HAIR IN MY FOOD!! When I brought... this to the manager's attention nothing was done about it and I didn't even get an apology or anything.I will NOT be returningand will be reporting this incident to corporate!!
