Order at 11pm got here at 1230 pm and there no sauce on them I'm done ordering dominoes ever again.

7/18 - I ordered food for my family for delivery from Dominos at 29th and Wanamaker in Topeka I paid for the food and a tip... online at the time of order. After about 30 minutes the tracker on the website indicated the order was delivered. I had notreceived it. I called the store and the person that answered said their system showed it had been delivered 10 minutes ago. Iconfirmed I did not receive it. He apologized and said they would remake it and send it out right away. At that time the websitesaid delivery was running 30 minutes but I assumed I might get it asap given the circumstances. 30 minutes later I still had notreceived the order. I called back again and was told my call would be immediately transferred to a manager. The manager pickedup and said ‘please hold’ and placed me on hold without me getting a single word in. I waited on hold for 8 minutes withstill no sign of a delivery at my house, I hung up and left to pick up food elsewhere. Upon returning with our new dinner Ifound the dominoes had been delivered, very late, and cold. I waited about an hour to allow the rush time to slow before callingthe Dominos store back. I spoke to the manager who never once offered an apology or explanation of what had happened. I simplywanted my money back. She said it would take 3-5 business days to receive my refund. 7/25 - After a week of not receiving myrefund I contacted Dominos corp customer support site. This starts with a chat bot that is a joke and just goes in circles onceit can’t figure out what the answer to your problem is. So I emailed a complaint through an email form. That system requiresyou to enter the order number, store number, store address, store phone number as well as all of your own contact info.Shouldn’t all of this be available from the order number? Ordered a couple Pizza's the other night, When I went to pick them up at the correct time I was told that "They gave them to... some one else" No apology. NEVER order from this place people.We placed our order at 6:48 pm on 01-08-2022 never called or texted about the order in... question now the time was 8:10pm tried to call WAS PUT ON HOLD so we went there to see about the order. Got so many excuses forour order,First one "Nothing on their screen of our order",Second one ,"Oh your order was on the screen BUT we had problemswith our oven", Third one "Your pizza was delivered five minutes ago,". Did you not think we wouldn't leave someone at theresidence just in case the pizza was delivered? While talking on the phone the delivery person pulled up to the residence (aboutthree minutes later)..HINT TO THE OWNER AND DOMINOS management and crew needs to be RETRAINED on how to make PIZZA'S fit forhuman consumption.. Pizza arrived cold and the cheese bread is over cooked. Not ordering anymore dominos pizza. Worst pizza service.
The pizza was undercooked and bland. The chicken wasn't great and was vastly overpriced. It was $7.99 for what was essentially 8... chicken nuggets. Also, there was a chunk missing from the pizza crust when I opened the box. Read more
ghetto store makes up hours as they go closes when ever they want suggested review of their hours to be up date if you can't get... staff and stay open posted just close your doors and close this franchise. Read more
